Total rip off. Called to have a new blade installed on my lawnmower. I couldn't get the old blade…read moreoff because of a seized bolt. I was quoted on the phone $50 and if I dropped it off, it would be ready by the end of day. I got a call about 3:30pm that the mower was ready and the price is $65 CASH ONLY. I asked why the increase in price and the front desk lady said that he had a hard time with the bolt. I said ok, I'm on my way. When I got there, the mower wasn't ready because he tipped the mower upside down and got oil in the carburetor and air filter and he was cleaning them. Another half hour passed as he finished cleaning his mess and then he helped me load my mower. When I got home, I checked the new blade and to my amazement, he installed an old blade on my mower. I paid $65 for him to clean the oil out of the carburetor and replace my good air filter with a piece of cheap foam both of which wasn't the reason I brought the mower in. I called him when I got home and was told for an additional $40, he will install a new lawn mower blade. WHAT??? That's the only reason why I brought my mower there in the first place. Oldest trick in the book...bait and switch. Don't patronize this place. They seem like tweekers.

They have had two of my mowers from 3 months or longer. One needed a cable replaced and should be a…read morequick easy fix. The other needed a blade sharpened. Once I got the mower back with the blade sharpened the blade kept flying off. Returned it 3 times before they determined the housing was stripped out. Now they can't find a replacement part and my second mower that they tried to swap blades with is doing the exact same thing. I have made no less than 10 calls and often am told they will call me back with an update. I never hear back from them even when a mower was ready to be picked up. Whatever you do please do not use them!! It will save yourself time, energy and money. End of story I bought a new mower.

I had to find my mower myself, in pieces, missing a carburetor and blade that they also couldn't find. They barely bothered with excuses, but a phone call would have been easier than the song and dance. You're better off watching a YouTube video.
