The car was ready at the time specified, and they didn't charge me for any made up extras or parts/services I didn't need. The price was less than half of what the local main dealership was charging, and they also stamped my service history. I haven't had my car checked anywhere else since the service, so can't 100% confirm the quality of the work, but I haven't had any problems since.

My cars rather too old now to be paying top dollar at a BMW dealership so when I started using these guys I was really pleased. They are really friendly way cheaper than BMW and even Halfords (just had to get my brakes fixed as apparently running over little old ladies is frowned upon). They even have a car washing service that is great value for money if like me you're too lazy to do it yourself. They don't just service BMW's so whatever car you have they can help and they've been there for years, so they aren't some fly by night dodgy mechanic. Big thumbs up.

Just wanted to share my story. Hopefully it will save someone some money, stress and maybe even…read morelife. I took my BMW 520 to them with timing chain snapped to rebuild my engine. They kept my car for 3 weeks ( only worked on it for last 2 days) Charged me £3500 - nearly 2x quoted price. On top of that they have swapped good parts with faulty ones. On collection of the car I discovered: They fitted faulty oil level sensor. Air con not working Swapped my perfectly good 2 wheels with bald & split tyre that blow up very next morning after leaving their garage. The alloy rim itself they put had cracks on it so needed replacing too. Damage to the rear bumper. Very sweet talking Guy called Matt has been lying to me through out all the time the car was in their garage. Firstly regarding the time when the car will be ready, then on the price and lastly he denied any responsibility to the damage done to my car. It was a NIGHTMARE to deal with these CON ARTISTS!!!
