I wish there was a value add, such as a tour offered since it was my first time or even a brief description of the gym setup. The indoor track was nice. There are a variety of strength training equipment located throughout the gym space and not just in one area. I liked how things were spaced out with the opportunity to even be away from crowds. All the machines seemed well kept up and the space was clean. Once upstairs near the cardio machines I couldn't find the towel booth and honestly there wasn't anyone available to ask. The staff here seem pretty hands-off and extremely involved in socializing with each other, I guess this is the norm.

We started lessons to be safer in the water but now he likes to come because it's fun and a challenge to improve and move up levels. The place is super cute inside. It has showers and individual changing rooms. I thought it was a bit challenging to understand their scheduling process when we first started, and it did take us a little bit to get into a regular time that worked for us - but we're feeling really good about that all now!

Furthermore, I've had numerous interactions where I feel they're condescending and unprofessional... not the type of people who should be working with kids.

We enjoy the fact that the pool is always heated and the lessons are very structured. Even during the pandemic, Goldfish found a way to safely remain open without making things weird for the children. The class sizes are 4:1. I really liked it during the pandemic because it shrunk to 3:1 and gave the kids more time in the pool during their 30 min lessons. They are back to 4:1 now but It's not really a big issue unless one of the kids in your class messes around too much. The managers and owners are really down to earth and easy to talk to if you feel like you have an issue. They take your concerns seriously and understand that sometimes your child might not match well with the instructor scheduled, so moving to another class/time might work better for your child. They offer open swim for members which is great. We live pretty far and don't have access to a pool regularly, so we try to get to open swim when we can. Hopefully, they will add more open swim times and/or bring it back on Saturdays. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend!

Fast-forward six months when we had to skip classes due to scheduling over the weekends. We were then told oh we need to re-enroll in order to use those classes. Well, this means you didn't have to go twice a week to make up for what you didn't have the chance to do originally. This is not what we were told when we purchased. I went back back-and-forth, whether I should post or not. We have chosen to go to a different place because we felt lied to and cheated out of a lot of money. I would not recommend this company anymore, and I hope they change their business practices to something more ethical.

We've seen tremendous growth in their confidence, skills, and love for swimming. All the coaches have been fantastic over the years. I may not remember every name, but each one has played a role in my kids' progress. A special thank you to Coach Zachary -- he was absolutely wonderful and made a big impact. Currently, Coach Cole is doing a great job as well! The front desk team and receptionists have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. The overall environment is positive, encouraging, and very well organized. We're truly grateful for the dedication of the entire Aqua-Tots team. Not a place for a first lesson. Watch my video…read more Update: Because they are not a part of any swimming organization, no one holds them accountable for their dangerous methods. I filed a complaint with the USA Swimming Safe Sport and with the U.S. Center for SafeSport. However, neither of these organizations can take action against the rough coaches and the school because it is a private institution and falls outside the jurisdiction of any organization that could halt their dangerous practices. They will continue to lie on their website by stating "Safety first" while simultaneously forcing your screaming child underwater. They scared my 4-year-old. She screamed and was actively resisting, but the coach just took her and threw her into the water. I could see she was suffocating for a moment because he just forced her under water while she screamed. So lovely for a first lesson ever. How do I convince her now that swimming is fun? Coach Lucas doesn't know what he is doing at all. Disappoinment. I regret I brought my kid there.

Triangle Swim School is by far the most professional and warm environment I have ever found in a swim school. The curriculums are well planned and the staff takes time to train and co-teach with all new instructors. This can certainly not be said for all schools.
