I'm really not impressed with the service department. Just feels like every time you do call they…read moredon't have an answer for you. I called and asked for torque spec for blades on a X570 and I was told to just make it as tight as I can and that's good. Not feeling comfortable with death blades spinning at a high speed I looked elsewhere and found out it 50lbs. Google the average is 30-40lbs. It's not like it's the end of the world but taking 5 mins to give correct information would be nice.

So my birthday surprise was ruined. Contacted the florist and they agreed to deliver next day. Waited until noon and called the florist. Had to call five times and was transferred to different numbers. Finally received the flowers, but it was a lot of hassle. No customer service skills and expect hassle and confusion for deliveries!

This was the first time I'd been in Misty's floral shop. I took a lantern in ,on a Tuesday ,to…read morehave it decorated for a Christmas gift ,which was to be picked up that same week on Friday . The woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful . I picked out the ribbon ,greenery, hollyberries,etc. She asked when I needed it and I said this Friday . She said she would be there and it would be ready . I stopped by on Friday ,20 minutes before my appointment to present the gift. I let them know that I was there to pick up my lantern . The worker/employee laughed and said ,"It's not finished". I thought she was joking,,,, She wasn't ! Neither she nor the other worker had any clue as to the order . The person that initially took the order was not there . Both employees began searching for the lantern .When finally located it was apparent that no one had even STARTED decorating it! At this point they asked when did I need it . I replied, "now ". That is why I made the appointment days ago!! So that it would be ready. This was a special gift for a special friend . I chose not to have them proceed with the decoration. To add insult to injury I was then told I owed $45! I explained that this was MY lantern that I brought in to be decorated days ahead of when I needed it. Simply to avoid this type scenario. My first and definitely last time visiting this shop !
