I received my arrangement the day BEFORE Valentine's Day, and when I saw it, I almost cried. It looked nothing like a valentines arrangement, and no roses in sight. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh that many of us were able to take home bouquets to remember Louis by. Apparently the photos show a flat view with every bloom visible from the front, which I find deceptive at best. But worse is that the holiday arrangements wilted so quickly and I was embarrassed when I actually saw what cost me hundreds of dollars in my in-laws home. Second year in a row this has happened, no more "benefit of the doubt" for this business.
