Have been going there off and on for years…read more Walked into the store with a project in mind; one where the re-design and making my side yard into an English Tea Garden was something any first level gardener could put together as for plants. Instead of jumping on the game plan and putting the sale of a load of plants from their store, the dim-witted blonde daughter decided to walk off and help a walk-in customer with her poor wilting potted plant. I waited for a few minutes and walked out, never to return to this drug-lined beauty. I doubt if they'll survive the winter with the attitude of helping dike-women over a long term customer with a plan. Avoid their arrogant and disconnected business planters.

Do NOT go to this store. EVER. Sure they have lots of good furniture at good prices, but whatever…read moreyou do, DO NOT let them try to fit your purchases into your vehicle if you don't have a truck. On 11/19/22 at 2:17 PM, I stopped by this store to purchase a massage chair for my office set up. It cost me $109.50. I have a standard sized car. It's a KIA that fits 4 people. My car did not have the space to fit this massage chair. So they try to fit it in my trunk. They had trouble doing that and had to strap it down so it could safely be transported home. In the process of doing that, they straight up BROKE the hatch to my trunk. It wasn't until I got the massage chair home and got it out that I realized my trunk would no longer shut. You have no IDEA what I had to go through to get it fixed... When I was at home, I had to use a CEMENT BLOCK to keep the trunk shut because it was raining on a few days. After WEEKS of having to deal with this inconvience because of this stores incompancy I finally went to the KIA Dealership on 12/8/22 to get it repaired... Because of them, I was saddled with a bill of $216.06 for repairs/labor and a new hatch. This does NOT include the $45 I spent to get a rental car, or what it cost to fill up the tank before returning. Prior to this, I went back to this store to try to get them to fix the hatch because this was THEIR FAULT. Not only could they NOT repair it, they also tried to play it off like breaking my hatch wasn't their fault. So not only did I pay over $100 for the chair, but I ended up paying for effectively DOUBLE for the repairs to my car. I WILL NOT take this lying down. This business WILL accept responsiblity for their actions by footing this massive bill or I WILL press charges. Until then, enjoy this bad review on this business. I want everyone to know what this business did to me. If this company wants to foot the bill in full, I would be happy to review this negative review. But until then, this reviews stays.

I always enjoyed visiting a Buff City Soap location whenever I'm in different cities or states…read more If you've never been to one, the experience is amazing and always fun! First, the majority of their products (bar soaps, laundry soap, bath bombs, shower fizzies, etc) are handmade in store, you know exactly where it came from. And they are made from plant based ingredients, so you'll know what is in them. There will be tried and true scents whenever you visit a store, and cleverly named such as Narcissist (don't be fooled by the name, it's one of their best selling scents), All Hail The Queen, Commando, Good Morning Sunshine, and Island Nectar. But each location will showcase "local" scents that are unique and not sold anywhere else. The store associates I've encountered and engaged with are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the scents and products. Every location is also a great venue for group events of all age ranges. Book a party or a fun afternoon with friends or colleagues. I will say that I love coming out of the store smelling fresh like Buff City Soap.
