Have been going there off and on for years…read more Walked into the store with a project in mind; one where the re-design and making my side yard into an English Tea Garden was something any first level gardener could put together as for plants. Instead of jumping on the game plan and putting the sale of a load of plants from their store, the dim-witted blonde daughter decided to walk off and help a walk-in customer with her poor wilting potted plant. I waited for a few minutes and walked out, never to return to this drug-lined beauty. I doubt if they'll survive the winter with the attitude of helping dike-women over a long term customer with a plan. Avoid their arrogant and disconnected business planters.

I really liked the green color, so I placed the order a little over a month in advance since I was told it would take about four weeks to build and deliver. It actually ended up being completed in about two weeks, and the company held it for me until I was ready for delivery. There were a few minor communication issues along the way, and I had to leave a couple of voicemails to get everything scheduled. Delivery day went fairly smoothly overall, and it was interesting to watch how they moved and positioned the unit. I did ask if it could be placed about 15 feet farther forward to help block my neighbor's view of my porch for added privacy, but that adjustment wasn't made, and I had to leave to meet my moving company. I'm also really glad I paid extra for the windows, because the inside gets extremely hot--like an oven. A lot of the features are add-ons, so the final price can increase quickly depending on what you choose.

I always enjoyed visiting a Buff City Soap location whenever I'm in different cities or states…read more If you've never been to one, the experience is amazing and always fun! First, the majority of their products (bar soaps, laundry soap, bath bombs, shower fizzies, etc) are handmade in store, you know exactly where it came from. And they are made from plant based ingredients, so you'll know what is in them. There will be tried and true scents whenever you visit a store, and cleverly named such as Narcissist (don't be fooled by the name, it's one of their best selling scents), All Hail The Queen, Commando, Good Morning Sunshine, and Island Nectar. But each location will showcase "local" scents that are unique and not sold anywhere else. The store associates I've encountered and engaged with are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the scents and products. Every location is also a great venue for group events of all age ranges. Book a party or a fun afternoon with friends or colleagues. I will say that I love coming out of the store smelling fresh like Buff City Soap.
