My goodness if this isn't just the cutest little flower shop ever! I was in Tazewell to visit…read moresomeone's grave and I looked this place up. With no reviews or photos I didn't have much to go on but I thought it was worth a shot. First it's in a beautiful historic house that long ago was once the home and office to a local doctor ... there's even a plaque by the front door. When you walk in it's a beautiful foyer with a grand stair case. The foyer is filled with little decorative items for sale. To the right is one of the rooms which I guess you would consider the shop. The had lots of little trinkets for grave sites or flower arrangements/gifts available to choose from. The owner and her assistant were sitting down for a much needed lunch break as they had been slammed with so much funeral work that day but told my friend and I to make ourselves at home ... we looked around the shop and what looked like flower studio. They didn't really have anything on display and they usually don't take walk ins but they were more than happy to help me out. I gave the owner a general idea of what I was looking for and she made me the perfect, most beautiful bouquet of flowers. I should have gave her a price range because it was a little more than I had planned on spending but ultimately I thought it was so beautiful and definitely was worth the price. She even provided me a vase with a stand to place the flowers in at the grave site. This place does a wonderful job! What a great new local business!

It was supposed to come with sunflowers and yellow roses. I got 3 gerber daisies and some smaller yellow daisies with green button daisies with some filler. Something I could buy at the grocery store floral department for $35.00 tops. This was a cheap, smaller knock off. I contacted 1-800 flowers and tomorrow I will be going in to the florist. I don't think they realize I live 15 minutes from them. Needless to say, trying to support this small business was a failure and next time I will just have then delivered FedEx. Pitiful!

So my birthday surprise was ruined. Contacted the florist and they agreed to deliver next day. Waited until noon and called the florist. Had to call five times and was transferred to different numbers. Finally received the flowers, but it was a lot of hassle. No customer service skills and expect hassle and confusion for deliveries!

I have found a new favorite florist, and will never go anywhere else again!…read more With less than a week's notice, and only an over-the-phone vague description (on my end), I requested, from CA, an arrangement that would knock my Mom's socks off for her 80th birthday, since I was not able to be there with her because of the pandemic. What arrived at her home not only met all of my needs, it went well above-and-beyond anything either she or I could ever have imagined! The irises alone were astounding - I never saw anything so large (see hand for comparison). I couldn't have asked for anything more, and I wished they would deliver out here across the country for my husband to treat me! Thanks so much for helping make me miss my Mom a little less when I couldn't be with her there in person!
