The flower arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered, I was embarrassed our family name was on this card. When I called the business to discuss, the person told me repeatedly "I did the best I could with what we got". This is unacceptable, the tasteful arrangement of substance ordered was replaced with cheap palm pieces, sunflowers and carnations. Substitutions are understandable however, if you placed the arrangement delivered beside a picture of the ordered arrangement, you would see no resemblance. There are few options in a small, rural area for services. It's disappointing to see the effort wasn't above and beyond to serve customers. Even out of town customers will learn about poor service or delivery of something other than what was ordered.

First, the majority of their products (bar soaps, laundry soap, bath bombs, shower fizzies, etc) are handmade in store, you know exactly where it came from. And they are made from plant based ingredients, so you'll know what is in them. There will be tried and true scents whenever you visit a store, and cleverly named such as Narcissist (don't be fooled by the name, it's one of their best selling scents), All Hail The Queen, Commando, Good Morning Sunshine, and Island Nectar. But each location will showcase "local" scents that are unique and not sold anywhere else.
