First, it was important to know Apex took Covid19 seriously, had precautions and helped me feel secure especially since I was living with my elderly parents at the time. Temperature checks, sanitation station, and clean ups between patients are just of few details that distinguished their attention to client safety which also made me feel they are a place that embraces the science of basic health. Andy Hamilton was my physical therapist - top notch from start to finish. He's attentive, changes up approaches based on patient needs and has an upbeat moral which motivated this patient. Dynamite. I was reluctant going into any facility during Covid but at some point the bulging disc in my lower back (L-4/L-5) couldn't be ignored. Took a couple months, but I went from "do I need surgery, I'm in so much pain" to "I haven't had pain in weeks!" I did commit to twice a week appointments while also working on all learned routines quite literally every day. Receptionist Althea livened up my sessions with her greetings and follow through from set up to scheduling. The Apex group is in good hands and this patient was too thanks to them. Totally recommending to anyone working through mobility pains!

Kam was my physical therapist and he was extremely knowledge, consistent with my program, and I had a lot of fun while doing it! I was showing results within the first week. I couldn't have chose a better therapist! Andy is great, too. You could tell his patients really enjoyed working with him. I couldn't recommend a better team of therapists or staff to help you get back to where you want to be! And, Althea at the front desk is a pure gem! He listened and said he would talk with the person who has caused troubles for me. The receptionist, "Cadence" was so nice. Rio too.... I signed up mid October to start swimming laps in a nice warm pool in November. I got the flu and called asking if I could make up lap days? The woman, Shandra, said I couldn't and that I had only a few days left since I started in October. I tried to tell her about the billling and scheduling and she wouldn't have i, insisting I'd started in October when I paid. I got frustrated, being sick, and she got frustrated insisting she was right....finally hanging up on me! I talked with the boss about it and he said to just come in for a day swim pass. Well, I told him and a subsequent email that I would like an apology, even leaving a phone message. I called recently and she again was rude! I said I had the paper work to prove that I was right! It makes me never want to go back. She even said she'd called me a few times and got a too-full message machine. I have Never had a too-full machine. She also said that if there were negative incidents I would not be welcome again. SHE was in the wrong and could NOT APOLOGIZE. She hung up on me, very unprofessional. When I recently called, asking for her..... I said lets just be nice...that I wanted to return with good vibes.. She couldn't do it. Still waiting for a phone call...it could fix everything! I really like everyone there...but she has not been very nice.. I am the victim here.....I started first week of November and she won't even review my bill and try to work it out. She was all to willing to refund me so that I wouldn't come back. On the phone this week, she actually said "I don't need to talk to you". They will be losing alot of business because I live 20 minutes away and love to swim and planned on going every week until I can't anymore. I am a new widow and this was my happy place. ...until I ran into Shandra. I've never met anyone so unpleasant in my life.

My daughter is only 18, struggling collage student at 19. She came and asked if we can help her on this bill before it goes to collection. My wife and I made a payment of 300.00 to prevent it going to collection as per their billing team to find that is not the case! Right after we made the payment of 300.00 as requested they sent it to collection!?!?!? Over priced and needless to say my daughter is going else for her therapy in Spokane for 1/3 of the cost per visit! and she is treated good!!!! It is all about money here, NO small town feelings at this place!! Over priced and underhanded ethics.

Nicole, (the Hot Pack lady), was very careful to make sure the E-Stim was set just right and Dave was awesome helping me progress to a condition that was even better than before the injury. Jennifer, the PTA was a great instructor with the exercises, being very patient and supportive in the gym. Honestly, I never really believed in PT most of my life & I am 69. I do now! Recently, I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis . My ortho doctor suggested PT as part of my treatment & I knew right where to go!! I am still in PT but my pain has gone from 80% to nearly nothing! I highly recommend Theraputics Associates!! Zach (managing therapist) is excellent and uses the practice to also help students from local universities get clinical time in. In my case Lindsey from U of W has spent a lot of time with me and is excellent. Zach would do well to hire her. Others in the office from the front desk to assistants have all been good to work with and are friendly. On the equipment side, they have everything needed to treat patients. Stationary bike, treadmill, arm bike, exercise balls, bands, etc. You get the idea. Overall an excellent experience.
