So far after 2 visits I leave feeling more relaxed with a lot less pain. They ate considerate and explain everything they are doing and why. Very caring and supportive environment. They are always checking in to see how you are and modify where needed. Great treatment suggestions for at home care as well. Their justification for such high price was "Medicare allows us to charge that much". Update: 6days after this review posted, the owner Jeff Royter called me to let me know my business isn't welcomed at Tailwind and to find another therapist. It's pretty clear that Jeff and Tailwind are charging insurance & Medicare for multiple expensive services during one session, and Jeff isn't going to put up with clients asking for a brief explanation about the service codes and associated fees.

My hand had been immobile for about six weeks after the surgery to let things heal properly. Since I play guitar this all scared the crap out of me. Patty worked me hard, but it was all in the interest of healing. I wouldn't have had it any other way. And I can still play guitar, thanks to the great work my therapist did. I hope you never need the kind of physical therapy I did, but this is the place to go if you have to.

My mother was put in St Lukes Rehab in Spokane, Washington after suffering a stroke. She also had a…read moreurinary tract infection. She is 78 years old. She had to beg to get medication for it from a very indifferent doctor who had no compassion for her. She has neuropathy and it is difficult for her to walk. She has to press the intercom to get assistance to go to the bathroom and they make her wait a long time before someone will finally help her. She has to set off the alarm on her bed to finally get someone to pay attention. They staff is inpatient with her and tries to get her to do physical therapy that she is unable to do because of the neuropathy in her legs. When a tech came in to get blood, they did not have a tourniquet available, so they just kept jabbing her vein in her right arm until she was screaming in pain and left with bruises and a large lump in her arm. We let the nurse know and they couldn't care less. I sent an email to them to let them know of my mom's mistreatment there and they have not even bothered to respond. If you care about your loved ones, find a different therapy center

All instructors have all been trained in the PoleStar method that is physical therapy based. As a result, movements are adapted to individuals according to their abilities. I've been to other Pilates studios. There, My body didn't feel safe nor effectively or properly aligned. People come to Studio Pilates from all over Spokane, some traveling 45 minutes to get there when there are other studios much closer to them. They come because they see changes in their physical strength, flexibility and posture.
