Mine went without a hitch, I don't mind shots so much. The wife has an issue with needles and she had some anxiety. Tim was understanding and expressed empathy and was patient and we got the shot in her. 15 minutes of waiting to make sure we didn't have a reaction and home we go. It does have a hometown feel as this is not the big city and that's the appeal and charm of more rural Texas. They are often out of insulin even though they know the refill is coming up. There is one friendly, helpful person in the whole place, an older black woman who is always kind and helpful.
