I had another company try and make me a set of custom grips and they fell way short. I had saw the work James does on his page and reached out to him. I was wowed by how well he communicated through the whole process. James will make things right when problems occur if they do. I can attest to this because the first set of grips did not fit but were out of this world eye catching and fabulous. When I reached out to him he immediately corrected the problem and made everything right. The supplier of the grips shipped out the wrong type "NOT" James's fault. JM Custom Buckles & Leather Goods did not charge me any extra or give me a hard time about the custom piece not fitting. Nor did they make any excuses. They were reordered and when the new grips arrived he engraved and created an impeccable custom made piece. As in anything we are all human and like the old saying, "Shit happens sometimes!" I'm here to let you know if that does they will make it right. They truly take care of their customers. Any other company could of shifted the blame and said all sales final and tough luck it's a custom piece. James Madison at JM Custom Buckles &Leather Goods did not. They made everything right and that speaks volumes. I do not understand the negative reviews from the previous post 6 days ago about the issues the person wrote. I had an amazing experience and James Madison made everything right. I was aware that if you want custom made products it will take awhile to get. As stated if I wanted cookie cutter and something everyone else has I would of just bought grips off the shelf at a store. However, when you're in the market for custom made items it takes time. As bad as I wanted to show off my new purchase. I knew good things come to those who wait. I can tell you the very next day when I was out in public it was less than 5 minutes of walking, I had several people stop me and admire these beautiful pieces of art! James is truly a wonderful and good hearted person. His work speaks for itself. Know this if you want off the shelf products go and pull them off a shelf and have what everyone has.
