We had three trees to be removed - two dead from the snow/ice in January/February and one live tree that had begun to lean toward the house. There was also a broken top lodged in one of our oaks they took care of as well. Very nice people to work with, seem to be honest and hard working, polite and are safety conscious. I do appreciate that. Took their time and did a great job. I don't write reviews very often, or recommend but I think this service is a good one and one you can take a chance on doing a good job.

Their communication was excellent and they have done everything they committed to do; in fact, they did more. There was a gap between the last service that was terminated and the DMA service. DMA worked hard to get the property back in order initially which helped both of us. So far, so good. They are dependable, courteous, and conscientious; anxious to do the right thing in order to maintain a long relationship. They are our fourth service over 28 years. The first service lasted about 27 yrs. They were excellent but had to move on. The next two lasted two cuts and were terminated. These guys seem to be ready to service the yard care long term. At this point, I have no reservation recommending them. B. Gold, Bradenton, Fl

To say that Danny and his crew are miracle workers is an understatement. We purchased a house that…read morehad been flooded, neglected and left to rot away. We weren't sure whether we should rebuild it or knock it down and start over. We saw their billboard and called them and Danny came right out. He talked us through it and said it can be saved and rebuilt beautifully. It needed new subfloor, new siding, new walls, new roof....it basically needed to be taken down to the studs and rebuilt. The price to rebuild it was definitely better than building new and at the end of it we basically had a new house. It was a big job and we had some requests like a wooden ceiling in the house and everything turned out great! Danny and his crew were always in contact with me throughout the process with updates and checking on our preferences. We just started moving things in and couldn't be happier. I'll surely call him first in the future and you should too!

After we paid well over $10,000 to them, it turned out they did not replace all of the pipes. They said they didn't replace the main drain line because it was, according to them, still good and only had "small holes" in it. When the foundation repair company came in they said the reason my house was sinking in the middle was because the main drain pipe had a large hole in it. They took video of it and it was the size of 2 softballs! We have contacted them to have them complete the work and they have blown us off. The owner even screamed at my brother in a profanity laced tirade about how they weren't going to fix it. We were overcharged for their crappy work! Avoid Northern Plumbing!
