The only reason I call is because the APP never works correctly!! I go up there to get a refill on my medication, you know because the app doesn't work, and am told they won't fill it until tomorrow because "they don't have time today" and it's 6:30pm and they don't close until 9pm....NOPE!! He was helpful, attentive, and made the process of selecting and ordering my tires smooth and easy. Overall, the service itself was good, but there definitely needs to be more awareness and presence at the front counter so customers aren't left waiting or wondering how to get assistance.

Customers have a lot of options for filling prescriptions so CVS should invest in more training to keep pace. I used CVS due to the proximity to my home, but going forward I will consider other options. Some suggestions would be acknowledge the customer, stop filling a scripts for people who are not in line and focus on the customers in-front of you.
