I decided to go and do it big this 4th of July and decided to go with Phantom to get what I needed. They have great prices with the buy one get one free promotion and it became a but 1 get 2 free promotion if you bought over $450 worth of stuff. That was too much boom for me. The young men that checked me out at the register was so helpful, especially with me being a fireworks rookie. They gave me step by step instructions and assisted me with selecting additional items that I needed to have a safe experience. This Phantom location is well stocked and very clean. This was not the closest location to my house, but was the only one that had everything that I wanted. You can view most of the fireworks in their full glory either via their site or you tube. The same deals you get in the store, you can get online. You can order online and set up curb side pick up. Unfortunately the website was not working for me, so I just printed out my cart and went to the store and filled my order myself. It only took me about 5-10 minutes and I was out the door. They have tons of parking available and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the most friendly I have experienced in a long time. I am glad I cam the extra few miles to come to this store. I am very happy with my purchases and cannnot wait until I can light of my pyrotechnics. read more

I have shopped here since like 3 years now and I really enjoy going here. 1 to look at there enormous selection of fire works. the only downside is there prices but you can fix that. they always have some sort of coupon for the season. if you shop there once and pay regular prices for one Fourth of July the next year you can go back and get 50% of because your a reliable customer. that is what makes phantom one of the better firework stores out there. another great thing is all of the different firework brands that they import it is insane how many brands they import. if you haven't shopped or even gone into phantom yet i suggest you do because you will be amazed with the selection of fireworks. and remember the first time you purchase there the second time will have coupons up to 50% iff and buy one get 2 free deals. I went into this store & had planned to spend a decent amount of fireworks.... Only walked out having spent $35 because not one of the employees came up and asked if I needed help with anything. We were the only family in there at the time as well. There was a group of them sitting on the checkout counters talking. Definitely won't be back to a store that employees can't even ask if they can help you find anything! read more

First of all I live in Arizona and I am going to Indiana for fourth of July so I called the manager of the store because I wanted to place a order and have my grandson who lives in Kokomo to pick it up before I get their everything went great and best of all I got ( buy one get one free ) and a few free items. I've had nothing but good using fireworks from this store. The employees there stay up front and at the desk when you first walk in unless you need help. They don't help while you shop unless you ask for something. My son knocked down a firework and it broke open, they understood and just took it the back of the store. Friendly staff and they enforce masks there, everyone wore them the last 3 times I've been in there this month. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Go to USA Fireworks. Buyer beware at Phantom... Let me put you in the situation. You're having a happy time with your family filling up your basket with cool fireworks. You're at the end of your shopping spree, dodging other customers, trying to figure out which firework does what, and you decide you need some fountain fireworks to finish off your basket. You've gone over your budget, but hey it's the 4th and who cares about the $250 your about to spend at the register. In the store, the fireworks are stacked 3-4 tall and some teeter on top of others with rounded tops like some kind of Hasboro game. Mostly teenagers are working the store and no one at anypoint has asked if you need any assistance despite the 15+ employees joking around and laughing at the front of the small store. You finally put your last fountain in your basket and as your doing so one of the teetering $15 retail fireworks falls off the shelf and lands on the floor do to no fault of your own except poorly stacked and unattended shelves. Your diligent other half picks up the firework and realizes that the bottom paper-thin cardboard split, but other than that the firework seems ok. Your significant other stops by the front desk (where they've already ID'd you, retained your personal information, and gotten your PERSONAL guarantee that you're not a terrorist upon entering the store) and informs the front desk of the broken firework. As you turn to walk to the register and make your $250 payment, a small, barely 25 year old in plain clothes (no Phantom fireworks shirt, no badge of employment, etc.) stops you and says "Sir, you have to buy this firework". As you look at him in disbelief you say "it fell off the shelf?" With a puzzled look on your face. Then follow up with "I'm not going to pay for something that fell off the shelf", he says "uh, ok" , then you turn again to proceed to the register to pay your $250 bill. During the short walk to the register, you can't help but think "are you serious, wow". Your now are at one of 4 registers where obviously no one really cares you're there or says anything friendly to you and you unload your stockpile of fireworks. The cashier beeps one, then another, and as you look down at the form to sign the release, out of the corner of your eye you see the 25 year old (assumeably) employee switch the firework that had already been rung up. Your significant other picks up the switched firework and says "excuse me sir, did you just switch the fireworks?" while picking up and noticing the switched firework was now the broken firework that had been shotily taped back together, as the unknown employee walks away... Needless to say we then went straight to the managers office where we got accused of purposefully breaking the firework. We attenpted to explain that all their fireworks were teetering on top of one another, only to realize they were unsympathetic ears listening and then to be told by the manager "we've never had a firework fall like that". We then said "well glad you lost a $200 sale for that ($5 worth of fireworks)" and walked out of the store without buying anything. We got lucky that we had never submitted payment and honestly we have never been so appalled in our lives from the demeanor, dishonesty, and attitude of a store or it's employees. We will NEVER shop here again! Side note: the cheap Chinese fireworks at this store cost nothing to buy at wholesale and are marked up egregious amounts (hundreds of percentage points).That is how everything is always "buy one, get one free." Meaning: the store would have lost nothing by just placing the broken firework in the loss column or could have even offered it to someone who made a big purchase as a bonus. I know this because I used to buy fireworks at wholesale. The store we ended up going to (USA Fireworks) actually cares about it's customers and gave a free firework to our kids just for shopping at their store. By the way, the USA firework store manager was also appalled at the treatment we received from their rival store. read more

Went in and was greeted so that was definitely a bonus.. be sure to have a drivers license ready because they have to have a print out for you as you cash out.. but the have a great variety and everything is buy one get one free. Also as a added bonus (at least for me) they have military discount.. they have a high tax 12% but it's because 5% goes to firefighters.. I'm always up for a great cause! These fireworks are great. They worked perfectly and not a single dud. The store is ginormous and there's thousands of fireworks to chose from. The workers there are so helpful and kind. From plain old bottle rockets to big mortars bundles they have it all. If there's one place to shop for fireworks it's here. I greatly recommend this place for fireworks. read more

One star for their selection and that's all. Just go there and look at their prices. 300% mark up. No joke. They bank on your ignorance of the other stores prices. Jake's has better prices. You know, the normal rates everyone should expect to pay. Phantom has an interesting sign in practice only found there. Rather intrusive. As you can tell, I'm not a fan of price gouging. So if you wat to get a 500 gram cake expect to pay $120ish up to $180ish which should be $35 to $75 normally...
