Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. I will continue to go here and get my teeth work done

I can't say enough great things about this dental office…read more Before I even went there, the receptionist over the phone was incredibly helpful and informative. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. This is absolutely my neq dental office from now on and my husband and I will also be taking out children there because it is just that great!! So happy I found them!

I was referred to Dr. Jaimee Buchowsky by a friend and colleague. When I first called to make my…read morefirst appointment, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. She gave me good directions on where their parkade and visitor parking was. I found their office to be clean and modern with comfortable seating. They had me fill out a patient history form on an iPad which I thought was very techy and also environmental friendly. The dental hygienist that worked with me that day was very professional and friendly. She took numerous x-rays and photos of my teeth. She made me feel at ease and explained everything that she was doing. She was very gentle and answered all my questions which I appreciated! After examination by Dr. Buchowsky, I found out I needed to be referred to a periodontist. The referral appointment was set up at my 2nd appointment by the receptionist. I asked her if my dental plan would cover the referral and she said she didn't know. She told me that I had to find out on my own. With my previous dentist's office, they had always made sure I knew what was covered and what wasn't based on my group policy. It was not busy at the front desk (2 receptionist staff) so I had asked the receptionist to call the periodontist's office to find out from them what would be covered and she did not look the least bit pleased but did it anyways. It turned out that the visit would not be covered under my plan. Knowing this information ahead of time would be helpful so I could at least know what I would be in for. I think many dental offices can money grab from their clients with all the different codes they put in for claims (as per CBC documentary/expose that I saw a few years ago). I think being informed with costs and what services would be provided are all great questions to ask. I felt that the reception staff did not go above and beyond to meet those needs and for the amount of money I spent, I am somewhat a little disappointed hence the 3 stars. I liked my new dentist and her hygienists very much and I hope I will be able to change this review.

Wonderful, PAINLESS dentist experience. I have gone here twice and this dentist is wonderful…read more I am no longer scared of going to the dentist! I will only go back here from now on. My old dentist was always rushed and didn't care too much if I had pain, to even stop and try other ways to lessen my pain. At Allure in Lewis Estates, the dentist and his assistant always make sure i'm comfortable, they ask me to raise my hand if they are causing me any pain at all...I feel safe. They are quick to get the job done, and responsive if I feel any pain so they slow down and make the experience easier on me. Last appointment i got lots of teeth problems fixed in an hour. Minimal pain-all due to my toothache (the reason i rushed over there!) I trust this dentist with my teeth. I look forward to going back next time.

I walk in, they know me, they treat you like family and all in an incredibly safe environment. I have an overly sensitive gag reflex and they know how to work around it and help me through it. Seriously Dr. Hart should have his own YouTube channel. He narrates the entire procedure and his obvious OCD makes every procedure perfect.
