My kid's been doing gymnastics since she was 4. Had her here for almost two years (between summer programs and actual enrollments) and I've got to be honest, her growth was stunted. She could be and she be much further along than she is. Recently, at seven, she's had the wherewithal to say, "my new class is so much harder... they actually teach us the right ways and make us do it." Says a lot. I also want to add that this gym offers Friday night fun clubs for about $40. My kid used to love them. However, recently, Fletcher decided to put my child in timeout and tell her that if she didn't do something, she wouldn't get any pizza. Now, it's 2024 and what we're NOT doing is isolating children and threatening not to meet their basic needs (food), especially without calling their parents. When I asked my daughter later about the entire situation, it was clear that Fletcher (who regularly talks too quickly and gets tongue tied) had confused my child. She was genuinely CONFUSED by what he was asking her to do. I think this made clear to me how ill-equipped folks here are to deal with children. Her confusion was SO developmental and could've been addressed/avoided with clearer instructions. But instead, you chose to punish her in an isolating and embarrassing way at what was supposed to be a fun Friday party? Without calling me? Nah, cuz. We will NOT BE BACK. Also, watching your child from a screen vs. in the gym is wack AF.

The…read moreoutdoor area contains several different sections...there's a tot pool, splash pad, obstacle course, pool wall climbing, shallow side, deep end, ample seating, covered shaded party area, and plenty of lifeguards. Not gonna lie, the lifeguards kinda run the pool like a prison yard but it's important to watch and monitor the kids for safety. Allentown Splash is 10 times better than what I expected and way better than ole faithful in Glendale. There is a line outside due to staffing, they do check bags which causes a slight delay but keeps everyone safe. Younger kids will have to pass the swim test to down the water slide. Some sections were closed I noticed or maybe the kids didn't want to go on that side...who knows.

This week is our first week back and I didn't know how much I missed it until we began seeing all the familiar faces and warm embraces. Master Dodd and Master B know us by name and were quick to resume putting my daughter back in a position of leadership. Also the events are amazing from parents night out to Halloween parades and trunk or treat. We did three summer camps this summer and out of all of them we discussed how the children were more well behaved and the negative influence was not there compared to the other camps. This is sure fire a wonderful community and we are honored to be a part of it

When I brought it to the Directors attention for MONTHS she basically did NOTHING but of course had no issue taking my monthly tuition payments. When my child would tell a teacher (who by the way should be supervising) the teacher once told her "don't let that upset you, now go back to playing". NEVER reported the incident or anything. Director told me that "kids will be kids" when I told her that my child cries everyday. PLEASE do not ENROLL your child in this facility. I later found out that I'm not the only parent who went through this with them! Bullying is highly serious and should not be taken lightly at all. All this woman cares about is money versus the safety of your child. Is that who you want to leave your child with for 8+ hours??

The children in her class really pay attention and she makes circle time such an adventure. Something that can be hard for the young mind of a toddler. Justin and Jasmine made sure we stayed hydrated, and regularly brought us into the air conditioning to avoid overheating. They ensured our safety every moment we were there. The rope course was insanely fun, the giant swing and zip line were a blast and our favorite part was honestly the rock climbing! Justin and Jasmine were fantastic - we will definitely come back (preferably not during a heat wave haha) and hope they will be our guides again - every single person today made it memorable for my family! This should be an opportunity to identify a solution comfortable for everyone affected by providing single use options, as opposed to telling my daughter "it's ok because he identifies as a she". The staff is very welcoming and loves to answer any questions you have. It is located in a busy parking lot because there are several other businesses around but it is easily accessible. When you arrive the door is normally open, if you are just joining, you go to the front desk and ask for Crystal. She will sign you in, grab a uniform for your child, and collect your payment. Your child can change in the bathrooms in the back and join their class when it starts. We arrived late, but once my niece joined the class, she received a warm welcome by both instructors. Immediately one of the instructors gave her the individual attention needed in order for her to catch up. One of the reasons I chose this location is because they ask parents to grade the students on their behavior at home and based on what they get at home, they are allowed to try for a belt. It definitely helps with listening at home. Once leaving the class, each student has to bow and say bye as they exit. We love our new karate home.
