We have to have energy so we have to use pge in Fresno. With the emails and texts saying cut back ur energy usage during hot days is crazy! PGE needs to do better and give us cheaper energy it's crazy having a $1,000 bill. We deserve better. read more

PG&E did an upgrade to a transformer / volt in my driveway just this last week. PG&E left a mess and unsafe site in my driveway. That's not including damages, such as a part of my driveway sinking because it was not compacted properly. The night the new transformer was put in, they went to switch it live, when switching, there was a fire in the volt. The project was passed the 8 hours, and they were in a rush to go home. It wasn't until after 10pm when they left. The fire caused a brief surge in which my elderly neighbor's refrigerator no longer works! As you can see in the pictures, PG&E did a horrible job ensuring the site was safe until a restoration crew comes. PG&E was called about the safety issues, and a workman came. All was done was a "report!" Now my driveway is sinking because of poor compaction, there's large chunks in my driveway from the project, cracks had enlarged from all the heavy equipment, and they left large plates in the road along the curb so no one can park in the street. PG&E was called to remove the large steal plates and a crew came and just looked at them. Now there's no parking in front of the home for family to come for Thanksgiving! I'm surely hoping PG&E makes this go right. read more

Mountain Enterprises working for PG&E came to our home said they would start cutting some trees down.On Lupin Lane in Sierra Springs.They Cut the branches of one of the 3 trees and left it on the ground said they would be back the next day. That was almost 3 weeks ago dried limbs on top of dried Pineneedles as we come into fire season.I had to move them out to the street because they refuse to do their job. read more

PG&E promotes their commercial that there are programs to help with payments. They don't care about their customers they just want their money. When they raise the rates due to more usages is ridiculous because I have reduced my usages and still have to pay double cause the rates changed. read more

PG&E came by the other day and started off the conversation by asking to enter our backyard. My babysitter was going to let him in but our children were smart enough to call my wife. When she asked what the tech needed access for our backyard for, he stated he was installing a Smart Meter... without our permission. She rejected his request immediately. So to help public awareness, PG&E has NO authorization to force you to any of their services without your expressed permission. *UPDATE* 2/9/20 9:05 PM There was a scent of gas in our garage and we were instructed by emergency to connect with PG&E. We reached several lines claiming that they were closed. One last ditch effort through emergency and we were connected to a PG&E line that, after stating our issue, followed up with, "how did you get this number?" They denied us assistance and we had to call 911 one more time to let them know the lack of responsibility voiced by their team. Emergency sent firefighters right away and we were assisted within 2 minutes. After the issue was cleared up and we were back in bed, a PG&E technician rang our Ring doorbell at 10:04 PM. I have to say that the unfortunate thing about all the negativity swirling this company on the news holds some truth. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of their dedicated work force (btw, I detest their constant rate hikes, and their apparent equipment failures causing a multitude of wild fires and deaths). Anywho... back to my review... Each person that has come out to our house to work on our gas meter to replace equipment has been very respectful and upbeat. We even placed a call to PG&E for them to inspect our gas appliances and the guy was very personable and insightful! Side note: ALWAYS ask for the tech's LAN ID in case something goes wrong you can report it to PG&E. They are super picky about things being done properly in the field and when something goes awry... that LAN ID can come in hand! read more

Is it me but the pge company doing soooo much but creates its own problems. Like flagging our acct to pay the $300+ bill but said we could not by phone. Went through three people . One a supervisor who ended up hanging up on us . After she said she would transfer us to someone to pay the bill. And that was the call back we waited for.!!!!! Then we were flagged because the employee from pge could not access our meter ,because of a locked gate. The meter is in front part of house not behind gate!!!! Lazyyyy!!! After reading this how many problems that create frustration can you find? Oh it's ok I will wait????!!!
