I expected hassles and chicanery and got nothing but great service and merchandise. We had been searching for a dining table for quite some time. After a misfire with Wayfair and no luck at area stores, we decided to stop by this branch of Bob's in Levittown. I knew the sentiment for Bob's wasn't great. Some of the reviews are merciless. But I really liked one of the tables on the showroom floor and the saleswoman, Jessica, was very helpful in outlining all of the options and logistics. She also exuded an air of honesty and integrity and that really sealed the deal for me; I purchased the table on the spot. We got 2 heads ups from Bob's prior to delivery and the team arrived right on time as promised. The table was assembled quickly and the guys cleared out all of the packaging too. The table was as nice as I had remembered in the store, so I was very happy. Overall I was blown away by how seamless the experience was. This is a business that has what, 2 or 2.5 stars on Yelp? And they totally knocked it out of the park. Great job Bob's! I will totally be back again when we need another piece of furniture.

They had new winter coats for $10 but only in a size medium. You just never know what you will find there! They always have new items at the end caps by the register or you can ask where more are. I also joined their fb page. They post brand new inventory photos when they get large shipments! Fantastic for buying for yourself or reselling! We are lucky to have this location. When we went to complete the transaction, the store manager, Linda Andress-Heierbacher, stepped in and flatly refused to honor the price printed on the store's own physical tag. Rather than taking responsibility for a store pricing error--a standard practice in retail consumer relations--the manager was dismissive, hostile, and entirely unapologetic. This is a clear-cut case of bait-and-switch pricing. Retailers cannot display lower price tags to entice buyers to the register, only to demand a higher price at checkout. When corporate was contacted, they simply forwarded the complaint back to the very manager who committed the infraction, showing a systemic lack of consumer accountability. A formal complaint has been filed with the Bucks County Consumer Protection Agency and the Pennsylvania Attorney General. Local shoppers should be highly vigilant when checking out at this location, as management does not stand behind their marked pricing.

The girl who answered said the manager wasn't there and i asked if she could tell me when the manager would be in because i had questions about charges. She hung up on me. So i walked into the actual building where i asked for the manager, the girl walked over to the manager and he looked at me, she returned saying he didn't want to speak to me.
