I've taken my older dog, Cody, to only one other vet clinic and they were great at first and then rapidly decreased in their service and how they handled him. I'm not going to name it as this isn't about them... So when he ended up having health problems (due to living the good life and just old age), I came here! Now that I have my 2 pups, I would not take them anywhere else! Both Dr. Groeminger and her team are great with all of the animals that I've seen come through there, even mine! Lets be honest, pets HATE going to the vet, but every dog or cat that I've seen come in there has been happy to see them! If you're looking for a new vet because you've moved or just need to take your fur-baby somewhere else because you're not happy with the care and attention they're given... come here! They're great!

I took my ederly shih tzu that we adopted about 2 months ago. We took her here about a week or two after we adopted her, the shelter we got her from found her as a stray & we had concerns with her skin on her tummy being really dark, flaky & it smelled baddd. I figured she had an infection or something but when we took her to this place the vet did absolutely no tests on her. Didn't offer any to us. He did give us a shampoo and another topical thing to put on her which did not help. We also had concerns with her eye being reallyyy boogery and dry. They just told us to give her human eye drops which didnt help. I have another dog who I usually take to Petco & I decided to take her there to see if they could give me better options. i figured she had an infection and I was right. We went today to Petco & they did tests on her right away on her skin & even on her eye & she has yeast & bacterial infection on her skin which would have been caught earlier if this place did what they should have done. The eye we had concerns about was producing no tears thats why it was so dry. Petco gave her a shot, antibiotics & a shampoo to help her skin. They gave us an ointment for her eye & as soon as we used it after her shower she got the zoomies cause it felt better immediately! I think its crazy the vet we saw didn't attempt to do any tests on her at all, just looked at her and made a guess. Very disappointing we spent money here and it went to waste. The only thing i will continue to use from them are prescriptions for heartworm prevention. I know everyone has different experiences but i definitely dont recommend.

Kaitlyn and Jessica are absolute angels and they validated my feelings of not being heard and concern for my elderly cat. I ended up seeing Dr. Kuo the first time (and have since changed to Dr. Nath due to some scheduling conflicts on my end); and I can say with 100% confidence that I love both of them and trust them wholeheartedly with my animals. Dr. Kuo was gentle and kind with my elderly cat who needed X-rays and a bandage change for a broken foot. I believe my first visit was $375 total, but I'm not sure about the cost breakdown. I have since gotten 5 more animals since that initial visit and have never been happier (even when my father got over-involved and caused some... interesting waves). I will always speak high praises for this place. There is one warning... the price. I know consultations are $75 for a regular scheduled visit and emergency visits are $90, so it's not within everyone's budget. However, if you are coming in for a once a year wellness and prevention visit it is an amazing place and well worth it.

Dr. Dikeman is a very experienced vet who we were referred to by our friend who has Frenchies as he is very knowledgeable about the care of "flat faced dogs" (pugs, frenchies, etc.). Besides that, he's also very kind and adds some humor throughout the visits, which is great! Warning: be prepared to wait a while when coming for regular visits. They do a lot of surgeries here as this is also an animal hospital, sometimes these are emergency surgeries so they don't have a timeframe for when they'll be complete. There isn't always a wait, just don't be surprised if there is one when you arrive. I promise you, though, seeing an experienced and kind vet, such as Dr. Dikeman, is worth the wait!!

I had to have her put to sleep on February 21 as they wasted a week with no care for my dog. I was given low fat food and told to feed her this. There were no instructions and the vet never talked to me. If she had had sufficient care it is possible Abby would have come through, but they did not care , except to tell me there would be extra charge to use a credit card. I carried her to another vet, but by then it was too late. The danger was irreversible. She went into kidney failure and I had to put my heart dog to sleep. All because they were so uncaring, would not talk to me and gave no hint as to the care she needed. It still makes me so angry remembering the, rude girl hanging up on me when I called and wanted to talk to the vet. Unbeknown to me they did not have a regular vet only temps, and techs at some points, I was told by one of the staff later, the doctors who started the practice had retired and sold out to a chain. Whether this is true I don't know, but why would she lie.
