I'm not going to name it as this isn't about them... So when he ended up having health problems (due to living the good life and just old age), I came here! Now that I have my 2 pups, I would not take them anywhere else! Both Dr. Groeminger and her team are great with all of the animals that I've seen come through there, even mine! Lets be honest, pets HATE going to the vet, but every dog or cat that I've seen come in there has been happy to see them! If you're looking for a new vet because you've moved or just need to take your fur-baby somewhere else because you're not happy with the care and attention they're given... come here! They're great!

Despite this, Dr. Menzie instructed me to restart it "to see if she gets sick again." A knowledgeable Vet would not want a med restarted under those circumstances. With her setback, I felt she needed a GI diet, & Dr. Menzie provided prescriptions for Hills GI Biome a Purina option that's not in stores & thus would've taken several days to obtain. My girls current state needed imediate change, so I had to get GI Biome, but it had been discontinuing in the past due to significant blood work/ultrasound findings. Because of that, it was medically necessary to verify whether it was safe to reintroduce it. I left 3 msgs asking Dr. Menzie this important question & didn't get a response. After the first 2 were ignored, I left a 3rd & told the receptionist Dr. Menzie could respond through her or a tech, but was still met with silence. I then realized I'd been given an unprofessional & insensitive. discontinuance of care. I found another clinic & then contacted the manager to explain what occurred, & was once again met with silence. A reputable Vet/clinic doesn't ignore medical questions & potentially jeopardize a patient; or discontinue care in that manner. I believe Dr. Menzie's skill set & standards for patient care & safety, client communication, & professionalism are questionable at best.

They immediately asked me to bring our kitty in. The vet was readily available. He had fluid in his abdomen and a fever. Labs were taken and he has the disease Feline Infectious Peritonitis. It is a type of mutated feline coronavirus. Was immediately given steroids and will begin treatment which has only been available for a couple of years. So as the frantic helicopter dog mom I am, I immediately made an appointment to an open vet in my area because it was a Sunday and my usual vet wasn't open. Pros: same day appointments are available and the doctor that saw my sweet pup was so so kind and helpful. Upon arrival, I was immediately brought into a room and was asked all the basic questions. I also got a $50 off coupon when I made the appointment because it was our first visit! Cons: As an experienced pet owner, i have been to many vets over the years. This is a place that will 100% over charge you if you are not aware of what a typical vet will charge. Before even looking at my dogs paws or his limp, they suggested I get x-rays, heartworm test, bloodwork, etc. This would have cost me $1,133. I told them he wasn't running or playing, he also wasn't whining loud enough or long enough for me to think anything was broken. (By the time we even got into the vet, he wasn't limping anymore) I simply thought he was stung or bit by something. I told them I just want a regular exam to see if that was the case. That cost was about $135 which is a little pricey but for same day i couldn't complain. If I didn't have prior knowledge from other vets, I would have paid the $1000 without even thinking about it. Thanks to the coupon, I only ended up paying around $88 for the exam. Unless it's an emergency, I suggest waiting for a week day and taking your pet else where. I did inform them that my dog has allergies, they were more than willing to get him prescription to help manage that. As I go to their website to buy the medication, they are charging DOUBLE the price for the same medication you can get on Chewy with a prescription from your vet. Trust your gut, there are many amazing vets out there willing to help your animals without charging you an arm or a leg for it! Hope this helps!

They got us in the day I called and provided expert recommendations for our dogs who have been patients there and have stayed at the kennel over the years. The kennel team came to say good bye to them as well. After their passing we got sympathy cards with hand written notes in them and then a beautiful bouquet. While it's been a difficult time their kind words, professional guidance and compassion has helped us.

Despite the place being completely empty, the staff told us they were "fully booked" and refused to provide any care or even basic help. They simply told us to go somewhere else.
