The Ford service was simply abysmal, poor attitudes, no loaner car, etc. My experience with everyone at Shepherd Automotive was excellent, from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the repair. I like that they send you pictures of any problems they find along with ratings of importance. My main issue was a water pump leak and I have had zero problems since. It's hard to find an automotive repair shop you can trust 100% but this is the place, no doubt. I'll definitely be returning as the need arises. Highly recommend!

Especially after you've just explained to them that you're about to take that car all the way to Los Angeles for work. When I made the appointment, I told them an exact time frame I could leave my car, they said that…read morewas fine, they could handle it. They were supposed to only do a AC service and test my battery. When I dropped off that morning and reminded them of an exact pick up time, they said okay. They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. Thanks for looking at everything when you weren't told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
