Camp Bow Wow has been a wonderful addition to our weekly routine! I've been bringing Huxley once a…read moreweek for a few months now. If it weren't for CBW he would be crated 8-5pm Monday thru Friday. Now he goes to camp on Wednesday or Thursday and gets to run and play all day, which has made a huge difference in his behavior at home. I love that I can watch Hux play on my phone or computer via the camp's webcams in each room. There's a camp counselor in each room to clean up after the dogs, make sure nothing gets out of hand, and give them a little love. The staff always greets us with a smile and now know Huxley quite well. In addition to weekly camp visits we've boarded Huxley for a night on a few different occasions. Each dog gets their own little room with a cot. I've sent a blanket and his toys to make it more homey for the night. The counselors handle feeding, medicine, etc. They even have grooming services. Huxley is known at his vet's office for hating having his nails trimmed but CBW did a great job with those once too. We love Camp Bow Wow!

We recently moved to the area and we have two adorable dogs who need grooming and boarding. We went through their process of being approved they both passed with flying colors. Next came our first time boarding, we communicated that we wanted our dogs to stay together in the same room. This was ignored and our girls stayed in two different rooms and we sternly communicated to them that this could not happen the next time we boarded. We forgave and moved on since people do make mistakes. We had them groomed a couple times and everything went smoothly until this most recent time. I went to pick up one of our dogs and the receptionist told me a final price for both the daycare and the grooming. Yet, a few a days later I look at my credit card statement and the price charged was over $20 higher than the price I was told. Very confused, we called them asking for an explanation. Their response was that the receptionist must have forgotten to tell me the final cost or I must have misheard her when I was in there or since most of their people know the additional charges that they just don't mention them. Well I am new to the area and I always appreciate transparency and good communication. Their receptionist lacked this and so did the people we talked to on the phone afterwards. Our dogs mean too much to us to work with a company who can't listen to basic instructions or communicate openly and professionally. There are much better options around so my advice is just keep looking instead of going here.

Ace goes to daycare a few days a week and has also boarded there for several days at a time when we need to travel, and the experience has been consistently positive. A little background for context: Ace was rescued by my son while he was in college, but college life simply wasn't a good fit for a Husky... not good for Ace or my son. About a month later, at my son's request, Ace came to live with us at home. Finding the right environment for a high‑energy, social dog like a Husky was critical, and Go Fetch has been exactly what we needed. The hours alone are a huge help. Early drop‑offs and late pick‑ups (up to 7 PM when needed) make a real difference, especially with a busy or unpredictable schedule. The staff I've interacted with genuinely seem to enjoy and care about the dogs, and it's clear to me that a strong team has been put together here. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the ability to check in via the webcams. I regularly see staff interacting positively with the dogs... giving attention, keeping an eye on things, and clearly caring. The dogs all seem happy and comfortable together, like one big pack of friends... some playing hard, some resting, but all interacting in a healthy, positive way. I also love the setup: dogs have free access to roam both indoors and outdoors throughout the day, which seems like an ideal situation for social, active dogs. Ace absolutely loves it. In fact, he tries to jump in the car every day because he wants to go. He's excited when we arrive, comes home completely exhausted, and is relaxed and content afterward... exactly what you hope for. We've only been going for a few months, so I can't speak to everything that may have happened in the distant past, but some of the negative reviews I've read feel very disconnected from what we have experienced so far. That disconnect is honestly my main motivation for writing this review... to share our perspective and genuine appreciation. Go Fetch has been a huge positive for us and for Ace. We are very satisfied, very happy we found them, and it's obvious Ace feels the same. He made me fill out unreasonable paperwork and questions that aren't allowed to be asked. After speaking maybe 5 words to one another and 30 minutes of paper work that I had already filled out on line he chewed me out and absolutely disrespected me. Overall, prices on everything are pretty nice. I have a feeling I may return here for goodies for my cat.
