I question if the animals are ignored by staff too, the dogs outside are free roaming and I've never seen a staff member out there. All these issues under "New Management". We followed through, paid several hundred dollars for his vet exam and other recommended services, and assumed we were on the right track. Fast forward to when I called to schedule the actual grooming: I spoke with a woman who was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She informed me (bluntly) that no groomers were taking on new clients -- something that would've been helpful to know before spending hundreds of dollars. When I expressed that, she offered no apology. Instead, she started sharing way too much personal information about staff members being out on PTO due to various family issues. I was shocked and uncomfortable. This is a business, not a therapy session -- I was calling to schedule a service, not hear about your internal staffing problems. Despite all this, I later received a call saying one groomer was willing to see our dog after all. Great -- we scheduled the appointment, and my husband even took PTO to be available. But the day before the appointment, we got another call canceling it because the groomer now had a personal issue. When I asked to reschedule, they flatly said no. No alternatives offered. No accountability. No care. We're now left scrambling to find a new provider -- but honestly, I'm relieved. If this is how they handle communication and client service, I wouldn't feel safe leaving our dog in their care anyway. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly not equipped to handle clients with even a basic level of respect.

So grateful this clinic had an appointment available for us when I called a few days in advance. Check in was simple and easy. There were a few people waiting with their pets that were waiting without an appointment to be seen. I think it's nice of the clinic to do that and allow them to be seen when the vet has some time, so many other places would turn them away. Anyway, the technicians were so good and sweet with my dog and they took really good care of her. I felt the vet examined my dog thoroughly. I don't know comparability of the cost, the exam fee was about $50 and then treatment an meds, we ended up at roughly $102. A small price to pay so my dog could be taken care of so well. The technician gave her a few treats and was so sweet. You can tell that the staff really does care about animals. They do vaccinations, I believe nail grooming, among other things. They are undergoing some construction I believe to expand some. I would recommend this place for all of your animal needs!

Over the course of that relationship I have witnessed this once-respected veterinary clinic be hollowed out by corporate consolidation. What was once a mission-driven practice rooted in animal care has been reduced to a profit-maximizing enterprise where compassion is commodified. The transformation of veterinary clinics across the country is truly a blight. The field has become unrecognizable. Veterinarians now spend their days offering vague assessments, nudging clients towards the possibility of clarity via an endless stream of diagnostics and procedures, each meticulously priced to generate maximal revenue under the guise of "doing what's best for your pet." This isn't care. It's a business model designed to capitalize on emotion. I have no clue why anyone would choose to work in this field as it operates today. Financial entanglement with large clinic operators and PE firms is increasingly difficult to avoid. That's by design. But if you can find a locally owned, truly independent clinic, your pet is far more likely to receive care that prioritizes their well-being over profits alone.

I wouldn't recommend him! I am honestly soooo upset right now. He cut her paw badly enough that it's bleeding all over my house--and then still charged me $90. She's a 3-pound, elderly Yorkie. I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. Don't you think the absolute bare minimum would be not charging them . Charging nearly $100 after hurting her feels completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review if they would've just offered a refund. I asked and they said NO. A discount to me is not acceptable. If it was me I'd offer a refund if I cut someone's dog. I don't think you should charge someone if you cut their dog really badly, that just doesn't seem right at all. Plus they charge more than other places . Do better guys ! don't be greedy . Have better customer service . My poor pup she's in so much pain I need to take her to a vet to help her paw. I'm so mad
