We chose this place because they assured they could pick up our dogs on Memorial Day....twice. Tried to pick the dogs up on Memorial Day and they were closed and no one picked up the phone. We picked them up the day after and our dogs were covered in feces and one of them had a large amount of blood in their stool when we took them home. Truly awful experience. We boarded our 2 doggies at PetSuites for 10 days paid over $1,100. Both beds were completely torn to shreds. Blankets were torn to shreds. Missing multiple dog stuffed animals. Looks like none of the treats were even given because we got them all of them back. They have an app that you list their belongings. You list how often their treats are given. You list their eating habits for meals. I don't know if they did anything. Like I said all their treats came home. What a disaster of an experience. read more

I haven't personally been able to use PetSuites Herriman, but that's more their fault than mine. I requested a reservation online months in advance for middle of September for my dog. I paid the deposit, sent his vaccination records, and made sure to get last minute vaccines and add those records as well. It remained in pending status and I had no idea when it would be accepted. I called, emailed, and texted to find out when it might be accepted or rejected, but I got no response. Closing in on my trip, I ended up canceling about a week before since it was still pending. No deposit refund. I had to fight it with my back to get it back. read more

Do not take your precious fur babies here! My two dogs were left in the kennel the ENTIRE trip. The manager showed me the cameras and they aren't set up in a way to supervise any dog when they are outside or in the kennels unless they are in the luxury suites. If there was a dog attack in the hallways or kennel areas they wouldn't be catching it on camera. They have no photos of my dogs in any playtime hours and there is ABSOLUTELY nothing online when I was supposed to be getting food reports and pictures and there was nothing. My dogs came home with all of the food I sent them with and it took the manager 2 days to tell me that they think my dogs were fed yet they have no proof or record. It's been over a week and my dogs are so clingy like never before. When they came home they showed so many sign of neglect and they were only gone for two days. They should know better and do better there but they don't have their shit together. read more

Boarded my dog here for about a week. When we picked him up his mouth was bleeding and he had multiple skin rashes. I gave them a specific amount of food, with instructions, plus a little extra jic. They ran through that halfway through, meaning they severely overfed him. Place is ran by a bunch of kids with no adults in sight. They have no idea how to care for animals. Never bringing my pets here ever again. read more

I took my dog in today for a trim and groom, and the experience was absolutely awful. When I first arrived, the receptionist seemed annoyed and handed me some paperwork, telling me to only sign and not worry about anything else because in her exact words it "had nothing to do with the groom and was only for after." When the groomer came out to take my dog, she mentioned he had minimal matting around his legs and tail. We discussed shaving, and I specifically told her NOT to shave him just to trim if necessary. However, when my dad picked him up, we find they had completely shaved his entire tail, as well as the undersides of his legs and stomach. My dog is a malamute husky mix with a double coat it is really bad to shave him. Even worse, when they showed my dad the paperwork they FORGED sections stating I had consented to shaving. Their treatment toward my dad was also incredibly hostile. On top of everything they added a tip without asking or letting my dad know, only removing it when my dad noticed lowering the total by $40. This experience was completely unacceptable. Don't bring your pets here. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Initially booked a 'Towne home' suite for my 2 dogs. I uploaded vaccinations and waited for a confirmation. After not hearing back for a few days I called and they stated that I needed the K9 influenza vaccine. I informed them that I would go get my dogs vaccinated the next day and send them the paperwork. I asked if the deposit would hold the room and they stated yes. I also asked if I would be able to pick the dogs up Monday (Memorial Day), they said yes. After uploading the influenza vaccines and not hearing back for some time, and a few more phone calls, I was informed that the Towne house was not held, they had ran out and only Classic was available. Because it was rather last minute, I booked the Classic room anyway. I heard nothing about my dogs for 2 days, didn't see them on the cameras during their scheduled playtime. Finally after calling again, they uploaded a few photos from their playtime the next day. I went by to pick them up Monday and the facility was closed. No one answered the phones when I called this time. We were finally able to pick them up Tuesday, they're covered in feces and pooping blood. They forgot to give us our food and medication that we brought for them. Genuinely awful experience, with terrible communication from the staff. I don't believe the dogs were even taken out for their scheduled playtime playtimes that I paid for, nor regularly for potty breaks. I'm not even sure they received their meds or were fed the food I brought them. I will never bring my dogs back here. If you care about yours, please board them elsewhere. read more

Our boys LOVE Petsuites! We have gone to other doggy daycare/boarding facilities and they had always been a bit hesitant to go inside. Not here. They can't wait to get out of the car and go inside. The staff are so friendly and Ashley, the resort manager, is fantastic to talk to if you have any concerns. She goes above and beyond for her clients. The facility is very clean and I love that they have cameras in the play yards so you can see your fur babies. You can only access the cameras if your pet is checked in at the facility which I love that security feature. From the second day we brought in the boys for daycare they knew their names. They have gone many many times for daycare since they opened in Nov and have stay over from an overnight stay to a 10 day stay. They have basic "suites" or the luxury "suites", which come with a raised little bed, tv and you have access to a camera in their room where you can watch them from 7a-8p if you didn't purchase the play package. Our boys have become the greeters of the small dog play area when they are there. I love the connivence of the resort 5 minutes away versus the other places we have taken our boys to that are 25-30 min away. Oh and another thing that I love is they do a "pawgress" report on your pet - picture and how their day/stay went. read more

We've had a couple problems with this facility. 1. Our dogs nose was cut really bad to the point of needing to be brought directly to a vet. The manager working that day ensured the vet visit was paid for, and we appreciated the transparency of the incident so we brought our dog back to be groomed another time. 2. Last week we tried scheduling a wash and groom but last minute the appointment was cancelled, we rescheduled and called prior to bringing him to ensure the appointment was still good, and the front desk person had no clue if the groomer would even be in? We brought him at the appointment time and the groomer happened to be there. After an hour or so the groomer texted confirming she was washing him, when we asked to verify he was also getting groomed she told us she couldn't groom because of a health concern. Had we known that, we wouldn't have dropped him off for just a wash that we could do ourselves at home. But that wasn't communicated to us, and were charged for the service we didn't drop him off for. The staff couldn't care less. Super disappointed, wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I called for boarding: asked how long the dogs stay in the kennel and apparently you have to pay extra on upgraded package just to get play time! I asked her long they play in one of the packages and she said she didn't know and had to look it up! WOW how do you not know that! Scary! I went to Dogtown Pet Spa they get to play all day and only come in for lunch and dinner. They clean several times a day because the dogs are out playing. No extra fees for free play! They are my choice! And the report cards each day are great! read more
