He is kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Everything he is doing, or is thinking about doing, is explained to us in full detail. He makes sure we understand what is happening, why he is recommending something, and what is in the best interest of the particular girl he is caring for. We never feel like he is simply going through the motions. We know that every decision is made with her health, comfort, and well-being in mind. What means so much to us is that Dr. Buco never makes us feel rushed. He always takes the time to listen to every question and concern we have and patiently answers every single one. No question is ever too small, and he always makes time for our "daughters." And then there's his smile. No matter what is going on, Dr. Buco is always so warm, reassuring, and welcoming. That kindness means more than he probably realizes, especially during those visits when we may be worried or scared for one of our girls. The inside is nice, modern, and clean. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The folks who greet you when you walk in and help with payment and appointments, the nurses and techs, and the doctors... everyone there is so kind and welcoming. They have always treated my cats as if they were their own pets. I unfortunately had to put one of my cats down there and the love and compassion they showed me and my pet was so appreciated. They often make processes that are traditionally difficult more easy. I have to buy medicated prescription food and the vet is able to connect with Amazon so I can order the food on my phone and have it sent to my door without needing to go to the vet. They are just amazing. We've seen Doctor Haddock the most but everyone we've met with has been exceptional. You can trust this place with your fur babies. They will treat them like family.

Her staff then came to my home to meet with my dog and me before taking us on as a client. Hope immediately became best friends with her staff on the home visit. I expressed to the vet my concerns about Wednesday and mentioned that she's not very good with people sometimes because she gets so anxious. It was really nice to be reassured by the vet that she has 2 smaller dogs of her own that are the same and she'll be sure to help Wednesday avoid any more stress. When I picked her up after her appointment, Wednesday wasn't too stressed out and overall seemed happy. All my concerns were addressed and communicated to me and I was just really happy that Wednesday seemed to be in better hands compared to our visits to other Banfield locations (CA Petsmarts). She is rude, has no empathy, and makes animal owners feel as though they are a bother. Don't trust the care of your precious babies to this establishment.
