When I took my dog to her, I was always amazed at how calmly my dog would go to her. You can tell that Christine genuinely cares about the animals she works with and treats them with patience, kindness, and respect. Her prices are very reasonable, and one thing I especially appreciate is her honesty. She runs a small business and doesn't try to charge you for things your dog doesn't actually need. That says a lot about the kind of person she is. Christine works with her daughter, and they are both amazing. They're friendly, caring, and genuinely concerned about your dog. It's so reassuring to leave your pet with people you completely trust. I can't recommend Christine's Grooming highly enough. If you want someone who will treat your dog with the same care and gentleness you would, this is the place to go.

Over the years, I've also referred countless Woofer Walkers Doggy Daycare Resort & Sanctuary clients to Christine and her wonderful team because I know they'll be looked after with the same exceptional care and kindness that my own dogs receive. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Whenever one of my dogs needs grooming, they somehow manage to fit us in as quickly as possible, even when they're incredibly busy. Their customer service is second to none. Most importantly, I know my dogs are safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved while they're there. Every member of the team treats them with so much patience, compassion, and care, and it shows. They come home looking absolutely beautiful every single time, with gorgeous coats and happy little faces. Running a doggy daycare and boarding resort means I have very high standards when it comes to the people I trust with my own dogs, and Christine's Grooming Studio exceeds those standards every time. I truly love and appreciate everyone there and honestly don't know what I'd do without them. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my woofers all these years. You are simply the best!

I thought from when I booked the appointment it was going to be all good we would talk about what I wanted the day of the appointment. NOT!! I wanted his feet trimmed a little shorter I do totally admit I did not describe what I meant and stopped trying. I suffer from health conditions and sometimes I have brain fog. I did explain what I did not want with his face and I'm very happy to say they/she did a good job on his face. When I went to pick him up I noticed right away there was about 20 hairs they missed on the back of one ear I should of said something right then because then I might have noticed all the other mistakes :( - one ear is nice trimmed closed the other ear is trimmed and left shaggy - there's a big v shape cut into his right side - it actually looks like two separate people groomed my puppy because there are so many things that don't match the other side he's so uneven. -the shape of his head is not the same one side is rounded one side has angles When I phoned to tell them I left a message and then I called right back and they answered the phone that time so I quick explained why I was calling they started giving me attitude I could hear them discussing me before he come back and told me to come back and I told him It wasn't in my budget to take more taxis there and back home he told me to get a ride. I felt by how the lady talked to me I was going to chalk it up to she was having a bad day maybe she was stressed it snowed the night before there were lots of dogs in there when I got there I was totally making excuses for her but now I think she's just rude and the whole shop doesn't know anything about customer service. I would vote this the rudest place in New West I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and I'll be showing them my pictures

A few years ago my co-worker was complaining that her vet in North Burnaby charged $980 to get her cat's teeth cleaned. She didn't believe me when I told her I paid approx. 1/3 what she paid. Since I rarely clean out my purse, I still had my invoice which I showed her. She was shocked and took a copy of it to show her vet. Also, Dr Hans is not pushy about treatment. He discusses all options and the costs associated with those options. His long time staff are super nice too. I definitely recommend Metrotown Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

I will definitely not support this company, this business, and these owners who knew and were well aware of their groomer TATIANA & terrible work ethics.
