There was also this whole misunderstanding where I thought this was a no kennel place, but when I tried to explain myself, they were rude and unprofessional to me, constantly interrupting me and calling me "kid." They charged me for some fee I'm unsure of since they didn't give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. They rushed through my dog's appointment in under 30 minutes and he has uneven spots on him.

We brought our dog to the Dog Palace before to get groomed, and I must say they do a pretty good…read moreschnauzer cut and it looks awesome. But I'm doing this review on boarding... We brought our schnauzer here while we went out of town to Oklahoma. They said $12 a day for 7 days; which would equal $84. Well, that's is by far not what happened. We pulled up after our trip, and saw him soaking wet shivering in a fenced area. Obviously, he was pretty excited to see us. We went in and there were dogs getting out of the "Grooming Area" and then going out the front door outside. Where they could easily escape. We asked them to groom him while we were gone. And guess what? They didn't! Worse than that, I petted him and dust came out of his coat!!! We gave them very specific, and what seemed like easy feeding instructions cause he is a very picky eater. We even brought him food and snacks! After we got home, we discovered that they didn't follow our instructions for feeding. None of the snack bags were opened, and our dog had lost weight. He seemed very dehydrated, he had drunk a whole bowl of water when he got home. I would recommend the Dog Palace for grooming, but defiantly not for boarding. We will never board him here again!!!
