There was also this whole misunderstanding where I thought this was a no kennel place, but when I tried to explain myself, they were rude and unprofessional to me, constantly interrupting me and calling me "kid." They charged me for some fee I'm unsure of since they didn't give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. They rushed through my dog's appointment in under 30 minutes and he has uneven spots on him.

I bought a chameleon from their store, The older lady was not happy about it and gave me a bad experience there, I gave her the pass because she's old. The chameleon is thriving, happy ,and healthy! Just go to Petco across the street. Very welcoming staff with great energy! They are more professional and always stocked up with staff member who are more than happy to help!
