Recently, my dachsund had an obstructed intestine and spent the weekend at a local emergency clinic. He was released to Dr Foskey, our veterinarian. Dr Foskey treated him conservatively without invasive surgery and on the 3rd day he came home. Dr Foskey's office was kind, attentive and very informative. They kept in touch at least twice daily during hospitalization. Dr Foskey met with us upon release and answered all our questions thoroughly. I would never use another vet. Dr Foskey showed up late for surgery. a simple broken leg surgery and they killed our dog! they have lied and come up with different stories every time we talked to someone. Dr Foskey would not even come out to talk with us. they refused to give us the medical records because they said they weren't complete ( gives them time to botch the records! we have taken his body to a different vet for a necropsy! This vet is a drunk and should have his license revoked!! apparently this happens very often!!! read more

The ladies answering the phone is the only thing good about this place! The tech is straight up horrible and rude! The puppy looks like it was hacksawed by kids scissors. Made a call to them and the tech was rude once again showing her wonderful bedside manner. Don't bring your sweet pups to this place, unless its to say hi to ladies up front. read more

Unfortunately, we had to put two of our beloved pets down in the past couple years... the staff is very friendly, understanding, and very supportive. The emotional aspect is the most significant, but they are also very reasonable with costs. We even got keepsakes from our dogs, for next to nothing. Highly recommended. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to get established with a veterinarian. My dog has a medical condition and takes daily medication. I set up an appointment, went in, and had my dogs seen and all their records sent. I told them I still had a few months left on my prescription and didn't need one now. When it came time to refill, I called the office and was told they had no record of my dog taking any medication and I would have to come back in. This was very frustrating, but I made an appointment. Luckily my previous vet called me in an emergency prescription. I arrive for my appointment at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm appointment. We were taken in the back at 1:55. Great! The tech came in and asked if my dog had a seizure and I said no. I just need to get her medication refilled. She said the doctor would be in shortly. 2:10... no doctor. 2:30...no doctor. 2:45... no doctor. 3:00... no doctor. At this point I go to the front desk and ask if I could get an approximation of how much longer it would be. I was rudely told to go back in the room and someone would be in shortly. After another 5 minutes, the tech came back in and said the doctor was in surgery and should be done soon. SHOULD. She had no idea how long it would be. If they would have communicated this with me, I wouldn't have been so irritated, but it was a complete disrespect of my time. I left and will be finding another place to take my girls. My time is valuable too. read more

just had the most horrible experience at this place. The staff i worked with was good but the requirements of the office to pay for a service up front for a treatment was a joke. I have a puppy that belongs to my 11year old and was asked to pay for a procedure that cost an estimated $650 up front. The vet has a policy that you must pay in full up front before he will treat the puppy which has contracted Parvo and the answer was take her home if you cannot afford the full amount up front or the other option is pay $250 and take home meds and try to become a vet tech overnight and hopefully the puppy will live. I brought my two cats to be boarded for 8 days. They were so courteous and so caring. They even sent me a picture to me of my cats while I was on vacation! That made me feel better seeing them laying there looking out the window, just relaxing...I highly recommend them to board your cats!!! I`ll use them again too! read more
