    After PetSmart!

If i could give -5000!!! My dog didn't look like a toy poodle. His feet were skin bald and he didn't look like he got cut. I'm not sure if you guys picked the groomer up from super cuts but she needs more training. I knew i should've said nevermind when i saw her giving the other dog a patchy ass haircut. Never Again! My dog didn't even smell like he got washed at all! Don't go to PetSmart!!! Here's a before and after.

    Before

They completely shaved my maltipoo down saying she was too matted but I don't think that she was. I believe they were too lazy to brush her. They even charged an extra $20 dematting fee. She just got groomed a month ago at a different location so how was she matted to the point you had to shave her all the way to her skin! She doesn't even look like the same dog anymore. I'm posting what she looked like before and after. Also, my family and I all agreed that she didn't smell fresh after the grooming service. She didn't smell like any shampoo at all so we don't think that they even gave her a bath! She smelled the same as she did before we took her. On top of all this, the grooming took about 4 hours 45 minutes and they didn't give a phone call that she was ready. They just sent a text. I'm definitely finding a new groomer for her. Do not take your dog here.

I bought him flea medicine, hot spot medicine, and a few extras as well

They're so helpful as well as this woman there she appears to be latina or Hispanic, she was the most helpful person I've ever experienced..... she was patient sweet and so helpful. Will definitely be going back thank you!!!

    Description of adoptable cat

Tried applying for cat Twyla whos description specifically says "can get use to a friendly cat" and was denied for having a cat? Get your animal adoption descriptions right and stop wasting people's time, energy and hope.

You have got to be kidding me. Is this an acceptable Maltipoo haircut? She now has bald spots, and no sun protection from the TX heat. Surely a professional dog groomer should know better? I am beyond disappointed.

My dog's neck after receiving an infection because of clipper burn at this location. Will not be back. Just want to warn others.

I've been going to this location for over 5 years. I've even used the exact same groomer, but no more. Lately, I have seen service become more and more subpar. Twice now my dog has received clipper burn and this last time not only was it right on his neck, but he got a really bad infection from it. This cost me $110 out of pocket to pay for his check-up and the medication to clear it. He was in a significant amount of pain and couldn't even eat or drink for two days.I tried to contact customer service but never received a reply, even though I was promised one. Additionally, more than once I've been booked and then the groomer had to squeeze me in because it was not in their schedule. Each time I go I drive out of my way. All that said, I will never use a Petsmart again, even for basic supplies. They clearly do not care about pets there and I hate that my baby had to suffer simply because someone was rushed to do their job.

From the first stay, I could tell they actually understand dogs, not just watch them. He came back relaxed, clean, and acting like himself, which says everything. The communication was solid, and I didn't have to chase anyone for updates. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and more importantly, they know what they're doing. I trust them with my dog, and that's not something I say lightly.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable.
