A couple of the negative reviews involve their grooming services and I can't attest to this aspect of the place. I groom my own cats and I have the emotional and physical scars to prove it. There's a special connection you can have with your cats if you trim their claws, brush their teeth, clean their ears and brush their fur. My cats may not like it, but I think I've earned their respect. It takes a superior intelligence, opposable thumbs, perseverance, courage, You-tube videos and the supplies you can buy at this store. They have a very good selection of cat food, cat toys, but no cat handcuffs. Why does no one carry cat handcuffs?

Hope your happy killing my fish. Maybe you should train your staff on how to clean.

I dont think co vid has anything to do than this store being pathetically lazy and cant clean their damn tanks. So wish i would have thought this before bought some yellow cichlids. Brought them home and added them after seeing the white dots and them introducing ICK to a completely healthy tank. And killing one and hopefully one that was established over 2 yrs. You people have no business selling live fish, probably anything else dont know wouldnt think of anything else. Stick to selling your over priced dog accessories.

White fungal spots on body and tail moments after purchasing from store.

Couldn't be happier with my dog's groom! Brian did an excellent job, all grooming staff were helpful and seemed happy.

The people here are miracle workers. I adopted a dog that eventually needed a lot more work and…read moretraining than I could provide on my own. I took her in to PetU for an assessment and they told me exactly what I needed and layed out all of my options for me. After talking it over, I decided on placing her in their Board and Train program. I was incredibly nervous and felt terrible since she had only ever been away from me for two days before, but the people at PetU really did a lot to reassure me that what I was doing was in her best interest. Being the overprotective mom that I am, I left all kinds of information about her and called during the week to check on her. They were always very understanding and even encouraged me to check in whenever I felt I needed to. They even gave me a full tour and showed me where she would be staying so I had a better understanding of how the program is set up. (And so I knew she would be comfortable and happy where she was.) When I went for my first training visit, I could already tell a difference in her behavior. By the last week of the program, she was the best I had ever seen her! She was less anxious in public, walked great on a leash, listened to commands, and was even playing with the other dogs instead of running away in fear. I almost cried seeing the difference in her from her first to last day. She not only learned a lot during her stay, but really seemed to enjoy being there. On top of that, her trainer Norka really helped me to understand some of her behaviors and how to prevent her from losing her training. In the end, I'd say I had a tougher time during her program than she did! We've got her signed up for daycare from now on so she can keep seeing her new friends (both human and dog). I would definitely recommend stopping in at PetU for anything you and your dog might need!

I unfortunately being away from home could not attend to this matter but what's most unfortunate is that the company did not care enough to even apologize for this incident. All they said was, I knew what I was signing up for when I put ink on that contact. Also, the other owners dog NEVER reached out to me to at minimum apologize and we were left to care for ourselves. It's unfortunate that some business only care for the money and not the pets.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! We had to reschedule her appt based on the holidays and they did everything they could to accommodate. They made it happen! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.

Anxious dog or difficult traveling to salon - this is your answer. Our 5 year old, 70lb Golden…read moreRetriever Sonny, grew increasingly anxious for trips to the groomer to the point he laid down in the middle of a busy parking lot and refused to move. I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.
