I have been taking my Yorkie here to be groomed for the past couple of years. I've never left a review before, but today I feel like I should. The groomers do an excellent job! They are kind, patient, and friendly--especially Emily. She's terrific! Jimmy came home today about 45 minutes after dropping him off and he looks and smells so good! Emily took special care not to bother the area where he has a tumor (he's 17 yrs old and has a few health issues). We had an appointment schedule went to tak wour dog in early. The manager ameber was yelling at us saying that she had 8 dog there. They arent short staff. Then she told us that u arent suppose to bring your dogs in early which we were never told. I wouldnt go to pet smart to get my dogs hair cut because their service and customer service is horrible. Then they tolf us that she didnt have our dog shot record that we beough in multiple time but there system was done. read more

Every time I have ever visited this PetSmart it has been to buy merchandise for animals. I have never bought an animal from this store or utilized the grooming service, so my review is based solely off the product portion of the store, along with the employees on the sales floor and at the register. The store is always super clean and organized. There is an overall animal smell in the store, but this goes for any pet store really. I personally think the store is always well stocked and they have a variety of products for numerous animals. The sales floor and register employees are friendly and efficient. I've never had an issue at this store! read more

Super nice staff but really low selection for aquarium products in store. Maybe 1 isle worth of aquarium decorations. And maybe 1/3 of a wall of fish. It's the only pet store in town that I know of and I had to go to Walmart to get aquarium gravel because they didn't have any. Online inventory did not match what was on the shelves. read more

Worst customer service ever in the grooming department. The girl waiting on me wouldn't even look me in the eye! I understand policy in big box stores (this is why small hometown business is so much better) but both the girl in grooming and the manager need to take lessons in customer service. Chewy online and Amazon have my exclusive pet food business now and I will seek out a local groomer for baths. Sad cause I really liked this store. read more

Just made our LAST visit to any PETSMART especially the one in Jefferson City, Missouri! My wife and I have spent a lot of money at Petsmarts everywhere on not only dog food but grooming and grooming equipment and today my wife went to exchange a 4 lb. bag of Blue grain free dogwood for a chicken flavored bag at the same price and she told the cashier she couldn't find the receipt but wasn't wanting a refund but just to exchange it for the chicken flavored one which was the same price. The cashier (Renee) refused to do the exchange without the receipt even though she knew we have a Petsmart membership and can see we shop there regularly. My wife was treated like s**t in front of a crowd of people and basically called a LIAR. I told my wife I would take it in and talk to the manager and after telling the cashier I wanted to see the mgr she called him and when he got there she began telling him what I wanted. I said, she knows why I'm here it's because she treated my wife like a liar and worse. I showed him the unopened bag of BLUE dog food and said, Its true I haven't got the receipt but I do NOT want my money back only to exchange this bag for the same brand that is chicken flavored. The Mgr (Lee) said it's true that without a receipt we can't do it. I said your a manager and as a manager I know you have the authority to authorize a simple exchange if you wanted to. He said I could but that bag could have come from anywhere. I said, SO YOUR CALLING ME A LIAR? He said no I'm just saying it could have come from anywhere. I then said, And I SAID IT CAME FROM HERE AND YOUR BASICALLY CALLING US BOTH A LIAR OR YOU WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR US! YOU COULD DO IT IF YOU WANTED TO KEEP YOUR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS HAPPY! I then said, Fine and we would never buy or give Petsmart our money again and would be making our complaint known on YELP and to Petsmarts corporate office. Upon leaving I immediately called Petsmarts corporate office and explained all to a customer service personnel named ZACK who told me he could do nothing as it was the store managers decision and they couldn't override it. I told him the same as I told the store manager Lee, YOU AND THE STORE MANAGER COULD IF YOU WANTED TO KEEP YOUR GOOD AND LONG TIME CUSTOMERS HAPPY. IT'S JUST A 4 POUND BAG OF DOGFOOD THAT NEEDED TO BE EXCHANGED! He then snidely said, Have a good rest of your day and I hung up. I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT BE GOING UP THE CORPORATE CHAIN AND LET THEM ALL KNOW AT PETSMART THAT THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS! I WILL ALSO NEVER SHOP PETSMART AGAIN! I hope anyone else seeing this knows just how much your business means to PETSMART! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT OUR CONTINUED BUSINESS. THEY HAVE OTHER SUCKERS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF! read more

Store was clean. Has a great selection of pet products. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The only down side is the checkout line can be long sometimes. Took my dog there training lessons and we both learned a lot. read more
