My doggy loves their day camp! They do fun themed days where they send you photos of your pup! They also have a live stream to the play room!

    Not too busy...

PetSmart for 2x 10lb Penn Select Wild Bird Seed and Fish Pond supplies. It was a Deja Vu kind of experience as I haven't been to the store to buy any crickets; the tarantula went to big spiders in the sky resting place. But, my gold fish are thriving in a small pond. I got a bottle of Accu Clear water treatment to keep the water crystal clear and two types of pellets and flakes to keep the fish happy. The birdseed is to fill a hanging feeder and attract local sparrows to come and feed and drink from a small water fountain. I received good help and he also reminded me that I'm a PetSmart Treats Rewards Member.

I took my very anxious dog to Petsmarts Express grooming service. Scout is as sweet as they come with people, but is nervous when around other dogs. James took extra good care of her. Made her feel comfortable. And she came out looking gorgeous! It had been a while since she had a service. We used to have a groomer come to our home. We. Moved to HB and have not found a groomer we loved, so have been trying to do ourselves. I forgot how amazing talented groomers can be! I will definitely be taking her back for James to groom. Thank you James for doing such a great job! She even smiled after her service!

Have brought both of our dogs here at the pet hotel many times with no issues but this last time has been an absolute nightmare.. I don't even know where to begin but please read this to hopefully save your dog from fleas, malnutrition and dehydration... we dropped them off with 2 1/2 bags of food and they called us THE DAY after we dropped them off and said they are out of food if want them to give them their food... we thought that was a little weird because we dropped them off literally the day before.. but we said sure and didn't think much of it til the next day after that, a different person calls us and says the same thing.. we were like yeah we know.. someone called us yesterday.. so I'm like did they even feed him and why/ how did they go through 2 1/2 bags of food in 1 day... and why is no one communicating or anything.. well, the nightmare doesn't start there... We pick them up 6 days later only to have them both infested with fleas and our 2 year old being so skinny all his bones were protruding... (photos attached) we of course too him immediately to the animal hospital where they gave him fluids and did blood testing on him (results I will post below) his levels were all out of wack from malnutrition and dehydration... we then 2 days later took him to a follow up from our primary vet who is familiar with him and saw him for a check up not even a month prior.. by his reaction and rage towards this pet hotel for not only having fleas, but having our dog look like this and not telling us and telling us everything was great and they ate great (CLEARLY NOT, look at him) we are devastated by even the thought of our babies being starved or mistreated. Please do not make the mistake we did and take your dogs here we are still trying to get the fleas under control and taking him back for another follow up about his weight in a week..

For Bennys food we came to this Petsmart in Huntington Beach. It's huge well organized pet store. Not much smelly tiny pet store. I looked around and surprise of pet's Christmas outfit! So cute! So much of variety! They even offer free pet photos with Santa! Cool!

"Happiness is a warm puppy." -Charles M. Schulz Pet Smart is located on Edinger in the Edinger Plaza. It is well stocked with anything and everything we need for our puppy . Let's get to the fun stuff! They have some fun toys that brings joy and hours of play to our puppy. Hercules just turned 1 yr and he's still in the bitting destoyer stage, some toys last 2 to 3 days. Also, they have lots if different treats that have our pup's tail wagging and begging for treats; plus he pulls tricks of his hat to get his treats -like giving his paw think (high five), standing tall like a soldier and give his puppy eyes. They have fun and cute outfits as well as seasonal outfits. PetSmart has great customer service that actually like our puppy when we have taken him there. Our puppy loves the Blue Mountain food and puppy treats here and we love their prices.

I boarded my beautiful poodle. I got him back with kennel, cough, and fleas. I noticed when I picked him up the first day bark was different, after going to the vet we are now on antibiotics. Now we have to go back to the vet for a flea pill.

Recently my dog needed emergency surgery after getting really badly bit by another dog and even though it was close to closing time and they could have just sent us on to the ER ; they stayed overtime and performed emergency surgery on him . Saved me thousands in what the ER would have charged . I love that they don't take anything lightly , they don't brush anything off . Any concern is addressed and everything gets tested and done by the book . I've had plenty of vets before who just threw meds our way without properly checking first . Their prices are extremely reasonable , they're very nice about giving out prescriptions if you'd rather buy your meds somewhere else , the hospital is very clean and something that is a big deal to me at least - nice big parking lot -lots of spaces and in a very quiet and safe area . The girls at the front desk , the vet techs and the doctors themselves are all just wonderful people and most important - great at their jobs .

My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.

You can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. They're so kind, attentive, and communicative. One of our favorite features is that they have cameras, so we could check in and watch Boba playing and having fun anytime. It made us feel really connected and reassured. A special shoutout to David. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, we felt so comfortable leaving Boba here, and it's clear he loved it too. We will definitely be bringing him back. Highly recommend!

I called and I spoke with someone who usually gets the calls but is not at the facility, explained my concerns and she said they were going to address it and someone was going to call me back, they never did, but since I was traveling for business, I let it go and asked my husband to just keep on eye for me. Fast forward to about a week ago; my puppy went back to daycare after being neutered, I dropped him off and 10 minutes later, I look at the camera and noticed he is not at the play room, I waited and check again 15 minutes later and nothing, 30 minutes later and again nothing, I called to see what was happening and again, someone, not at the facility tells me that she was informed that my puppy was trying to mount another dog and he was put away for a brake; I told the lady that my puppy was just dropped off when I saw he wasn't there and it has been already 30 min and still he was put away, my puppy was on the play room ; they lady couldn't figure out what happened and had to ask the staff so I went and got my puppy and brought him home. I continued to give this place chances because the convenience since is close to my home but about a month ago, I go to pick up my dog, he was there half day and I got informed that he was on private play, which is 20 minutes and the rest of the 4 hours he was put away. I was informed that from that day forward it was going to be that way because "he showed his teeth to another dog " My dog is about 25lbs little English cocker. Super sweet, has never been aggressive and all of the sudden according to HofW he deserves to be put away for showing teeth ????? What happened to the dog that grabbed him by the neck ? I continued to see him and he was a big dog , I see him on camera playing around . And another dog bit my sister's dog and cero consequences !!!!!! I take my dog to Paws Chateu now and not one time I had got a complaint . I also used to take him to paws chateu before when I was around that area, he has gone there to play and to stay without any incident . Besides they actually care for the dogs, not like House of Wood that doesn't even remind you of vaccines or anything like that, which tells me how careless they are . At house of woof there were only a couple of girls that showed love for my dog, anybody else works there just to have a job and they don't care for the animals. This review was written as things happened since a couple years ago to a month ago .
