My puppy is 8 months old and 4pds that gets excited to see people and other dogs. If anyone behind the desk opened the gate, they wouldn't watch her, and she would escape. Well, due to nothing being done to fix the problem, they let her escape outside to the parking lot and luckily was able to catch her. I only found this out through a family member telling me. The only thing they would do is put her in a kennel alone all day. When I found out she escaped outside, I went and picked her up and was told she could only return if I got her training through Andy... the "trainer" at Chinquapin...haha, well I call Andy for help and he tells me no, he will not train my dog and she is not allowed back unless she goes outside in the yard with the big dogs. Really, you want to put a 4pd Chorkie outside with 50-100pd dogs...So I told them if they aren't willing to help train a 8 month old puppy she would not be back. And they could care less... so if you have a puppy that loves people and other dogs I would not recommend this place!! If you want someone to train your puppy, good luck with Andy. His attitude about my dog was uncalled for!! Sincerely a very disappointed Dog Mom!!

The staff is incredibly warm and inviting - we got lost on the way there and they actually drove out to find us and help us get there. They also were willing to stay a few minutes late for us when our plane was late getting back to Greenville. Our dog was incredibly well cared for and we got updates throughout on how he was doing. The facility is beautiful and large and each kennel has an indoor and outdoor space for your furry family member. Admittedly it is a pricier kennel, but honestly for the level of service that they provide it is definitely worth it. We will be visiting again for every flight that we take from Greenville in the future!

I have had Bane for about a year and a half (his about 3 1/2 years old.) He has been almost uncontrollable since day one. Although there was some initial improvement, he has had no sense of boundaries and could get aggressive when touched. Sissy and I spoke at length by phone prior to bringing Bane there. She seemed very knowledgeable about training, in general, as well as being keenly aware of the specific needs and disposition of English Bulldogs. Bane boarded and worked with Sissy for training at Off Broadway Pet Boarding and Training for a full week. While the space was fairly small, I was impressed with the cleanliness and order. Sissy and I spoke almost daily about Bane's progress. It because apparent by day 3 that I needed the training as much as he did. Upon picking him up, he seemed happy and well adjusted. He is now able to follow simple commands, which we continue to work on at home. Since I opted to use a pinch collar with him, it is important I continue to execute the training and coaching she provided for us. His overall behavioral changes have been nothing less than miraculous. He is much more calm, isn't aggressive towards other people or dogs and seems much happier, as are well! I would highly recommend Sissy for any training and/or boarding needs you may have.
