My two dogs were the only ones there during their grooming. It made them feel more relaxed. Cindy asked for proof of Rabies Vaccines and then I filled out the paperwork which is kept on file for future appointments. I gave my own medicated dog shampoo as Westies can suffer skin allergies from other products. They also include a nail trim in the price. Cindy and her assistant got to work straight away. For the first year I had him, I did not take him to get groomed, because he is a rescue dog, and I did not want him to have a bad experience. I took him to Amanda, at the other salon she used to work at, and he loved her. I instantly trusted her because she is sweet and gentle with him. The best part is she absolutely adores animals, and is a pre-vet student. She always fits him in, and listens to how I would like to be styled. I completely trust her with my angel, and could not recommend her more. When she and Bill opened their new salon, it was not a question for me at all if my dog would go with her. Amanda and Bill truly care about the animals they groom, which is why they are the only people I trust with my baby.

I have a 4 day work conference in October and needed to do a dry run with my 11 month old pittie. After ***passing*** his 30 minute temperament test (a requirement before they will board your baby), I left him for that weekend while I was home, our first time apart. I was neurotic, he was having a blast. The team sent me videos of him playing the next morning and my heart was warm again. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, I trust these people. You can't put a price on that. All the staff there are exceptional and care about every one of their pups. Their facility is well laid out, organized and clean. The play yard is also conducive to safety and playtime for my pup. I'll be doing a day care package so he gets socialized. They do it all. Super place and I'm glad I found it.

They require a temperament test (which is good!), and my dog passed with flying colors. When I picked him up, he was happy, tired, and -- best of all -- didn't stink... which isn't always the case after being around a bunch of dogs for a few nights! Very, very reasonable prices. This place will be my go-to, and I'll probably get my dog groomed here next time he needs a cut too!
