Went there today looking for fish to add to my tank. The fish tanks are dirty and looked like they…read morehaven't been cleaned in some time. A lady was helping another customer in the fish area and I found the fish I was looking for and was waiting for her to finish up with the customer but after she finished helping she disappeared. So I looked around the fish area and saw a guy pushing a cart into the fish area and he looked at me and before I could say anything he turned and high tailed it out. At this point I decided to inspect the fish I wanted and noticed a dead fish in the one tank so this got me paying more attention to the other tanks and noticed there was about 5 dead fish across the different tanks. So I put back the tank decor I was going to buy and walked out. As I walked out both employees were standing at the registers with no customers around talking. Not going back until the owner cracks down and actually starts caring about their store.

On the left is Lucy the day she was groomed by Mother Puppers, on the right is Lucy after having her redone by the groomer we use to use, who, by the way had almost nothing to work with... Sorry Mother Puppers... But seriously, you need a new groomer...Lucy had not a single mat! There is really no excuse for such shoddy work...She wasn't even bathed.

I boarded my dog here for five days and called to check on him multiple times (3-4 times). Each time, I was told he was doing well aside from a small bout of diarrhea one day. However, when I picked him up, there were several concerning issues that I believe should have been communicated to me earlier. His elbows and knees were rubbed raw almost like road rash. Even a week or two later, the scabs were still healing. I'm not sure what could have caused this other than being kept on concrete, which I specifically asked about. I was told that beds would be provided. (photo included was taken a week and a half after return) More concerning, when I brought him home, he had blood coming from his mouth enough that it got on my arm when I touched him. Again, nothing about this was ever mentioned in any of the calls or while I talked to her when I picked him up. While there are things I liked about this facility--the website is well done, I appreciated the photo they sent during his stay, and I like that the dogs are kept separate for safety I believe there needs to be more attention to the animals' well-being and more transparency when issues arise. The pricing is affordable, which I can understand being a draw for many people, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this place to a friend.

They lost her record didn't have any records for her at all and she saw Dr Norton a couple times. This is absolutely crazy ever since they became a corporation. Their service has went downhill. I've been a patient of theirs for years always been able to make payments always paid my bill on timenow since it's a corporation they don't allow payments. I'm I'm very saddened. Maybe this is the way things are going to be. I am currently looking for a new vet.

Still almost 2 months after the recovery period, our dog Buck is still quite lame and showing no improvement, despite a significant amount of exercise. We called and left a message for Dr Norton to call, because we wanted to update him on Bucks status. Over a week went by with no return call. We called again and the receptionist remembered our first call and left a 2nd note for Dr Norton to call us. After another week we called again and asked why he failed to return our previous calls. The receptionist went to see Dr Norton and he told her that Buck needed to have his miniscus surgically removed. ( this was without seeing Buck or speaking to us about the symptoms). She could not provide us with any further info. We asked her to please have Dr Norton call. Again no call from Dr. (quack) Norton This is pathetic and we would rate Dr Norton a O star if we could. How lazy, uncaring and pathestic can a Vet be?
