Pretty disappointed. I had used PetSmart grooming in Missouri prior to Covid and they did a wonderful job. Then I started grooming my pup myself during Covid and have done ever since. I decided this time to get ahead and get her groomed at Petsmart again. Sofia was a very nice person but did a very poor job. There were several mats left remaining in her ears and tail (and she didn't have many mats to start with...), and her ear lengths were uneven and very poorly done. Also, there was a very distinct straight line on the back of her head that looks ridiculous, no blending at all. And all throughout her body there are random tufts that aren't the same length as everything else. Finally, she had a spot of blood on her chest. I understand if MAYBE accidents happen, but my pups literally sits so still for grooming. And an owner should always be notified if their dog was injured during a groom. For more than 60$ I expected a much better experience. I will definitely be going back to grooming her myself. I have no experience or training whatsoever and still manage to do a better job than what my pup got at petsmart. Truly I'd recommend staying clear of the grooming here.

So I live in NY and Eric lives here and I come down every few months to take care of the dogs. We needed to take in Leon and Cindy to get bathed and groom and nails trimmed etc. I made the appt. On line and Ellyn was our tech. She did an AMAZING job considering these two dogs were in bad need of bath and groom. Leon is a very nervous dog and she did a great job and same with Cindy. I cried when I picked them up im so happy. Thank you again. When we got there she was gone so I went back on Monday to tip her. Thank You so much Ellyn for doing a great job. We will be bac in November!!!

Store hours say grooming starts at 7am. As you can see it's dark inside.

I made a very tightly scheduled appointment for my dogs to be groomed at 7:30am today and I have an 8am doctor's appointment. The doors are locked and the lights are off. Your sign says grooming starts at 7am. I got text messages confirming my appointment at this time at this location. Might want to change your sign to say "open whenever we feel like it."

The hair I brushed out of Zara right after she got home from the petsmart groomers.

After having a bad experience at my previous groomer, I was a little hesitant to try somewhere new,…read morebut I'm so glad I did. They were able to get my dog in the same day, which was a huge plus. They did an amazing job! My dog looks so cute, and the haircut is exactly how I wanted it. It's usually really hard to find a groomer who gets his look just right, but they absolutely nailed it. Everyone was friendly, the process was easy, and you can tell they care about the dogs. I'll definitely be bringing him back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer!

first time writing a review but this is well needed. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, PLEASE THINK TWICE…read moreBEFORE BRINGING THEM HERE. I apologize for the long winded review. I have a mini poodle who is about a year old and has had approximately a dozen haircuts without ever experiencing an injury. I decided to try a new grooming salon, and unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision. After his appointment at The Groom Room, I noticed cuts around his private areas, and the tip of his private area appeared extremely red and inflamed. I was understandably concerned, especially because this had never happened after any of his previous grooming appointments. I called the very next day to express my concerns, and instead of taking them seriously, Gabrielle, the owner and groomer, immediately dismissed me and insisted that the injuries did not happen there. To be fair, I could not personally confirm exactly where his injuries occurred, but neither could Gabrielle or her employee. That is precisely why I sought a professional medical opinion rather than making assumptions. I took my dog to the veterinarian as soon as possible. After examining him, the vet provided a written statement documenting their findings and confirming my concerns regarding his injuries and infection. I returned to the salon with that documentation, hoping they would take the situation seriously. Instead, I was once again dismissed and treated disrespectfully as a paying customer. As a pet owner, it is incredibly upsetting to trust someone with your fur baby who cannot tell you what happened to them, only to feel that your concerns are being brushed aside when something goes wrong. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds to a customer's legitimate concerns speaks volumes about its professionalism and accountability. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that my dog has had wonderful experiences at his usual grooming salon, with no injuries whatsoever. I tried somewhere new, and this is the result. I will not be returning. I am sharing photos of his injuries, the veterinary documentation, and other customer reviews so that fellow pet owners can make an informed decision before trusting this business with their animals. Our pets depend on us to protect them, and they deserve to be treated with care, patience, and respect. I would never want another pet owner to experience the same stress and frustration I have experienced throughout this situation. Please do your research before booking an appointment here. I know I will never make the mistake of switching from a groomer I trust again.

My girls love Rub My Belly Dog Care! They go twice a week to play with their friends. Ms. Deborah…read moretakes great care of them when they are at day care. They play and come home happy and tired. The day care is set up perfectly for the dogs. They have places to play inside and outside, dog beds, plenty of spots to sit by themselves too if they don't want to play that day (I have one who sometimes wants to sit on the couch by herself most of the day). The girls get groomed here on their regular days which is super convenient since it takes something off our list of things to do. Plus, I have one dog who is scared of the clippers, but she already trusts Ms. Deborah so she's doing better with grooming. We have done several boarding visits too. I love that the girls don't have to spend time in crates when we are away. Neither of my dogs does well in a crate. I know they are safe, well cared for, and being loved while we are away. I can't relax worrying about my dogs- so I really appreciate this. If you are looking for the newest, fanciest building in town for your dog to stay in. This isn't your place. If you're looking for the best care for day care, boarding, or grooming (and no crates) for your special little doggie, Rub My Belly is the right place!
