We took our schnauzers to this groomer in September of 2023. Our black and silver had a cut on the left side by her mouth that actually took a good while to heal. Our dogs have been groomed since they were six weeks old and both were used to clippers, shears etc. We now groom them ourselves and do pretty well as we could not find a half way decent groomer in Weatherford. Not saying there isn't one but after trying three different ones, we gave in to doing it ourselves. After all, we care more about them and the cost is too high for someone that seems to hate trying. read more

We have used Glamour Paws for years and was really happy until now... FIrst, I would like to say, yes, I missed an appointment , and was fully aware of the $25.00 cancellation fee and more than willing to pay that.. ( it was my fault). Having said that, I can't tell you the many times the owner has forgotten our appointments or have left us waiting for 30 minutes or so for her to get to her salon.. When we called to reschedule, while the owner was out for the holidays, we were told not only would we have to pay the $25.00 we would also, have to pay for the full grooming we missed, plus the new appointment .. I'm sorry, WHAT??? That told me right away, the truth of the owner not wanting us to come back .. I sent the owner a private message, tell her we would never agree to that, but would pay the $25 fee, and she was the most rude, unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend her. We always liked Glamour Paws and she did a good job, but to be so hypocritical, when she has missed several appointments with us, or has been late more times than I can count, is truly unbelievable! So if you ever use this business, just know if you have to cancel, or running late, it's only ok for the owner , not for you! read more

We are new in town and took our Shorky Misa for her first groom at Glamour Paws Pet spa. I have to say that they did an amazing job at grooming her, the staff is super friendly, the price was great and Misa came out Happy! I booked Misas next appointment and we will def be regulars. Leaving a one-star review only because zero-stars is not an option. I called today to request a grooming appointment for our 9-year-old Siberian husky since moving to the area and was refused service. I simply and respectfully asked for what reason, as we have never been refused service before, and the woman who answered the phone said "because the owner said so," of which I had also heard the owner rudely and condescendingly say in the background. Additionally, aside from "the owner saying so," the would not accept our Siberian husky because they operate their new location next to a food establishment, and they assumed my Siberian husky would be too loud and solicit noise complaints. We would have loved to be regular customers and to even bring our chocolate Labrador retriever puppy in for grooming once she becomes too large for us to groom ourselves. It's a shame they couldn't accept our quiet, calm, and reserved 9-year-old Siberian husky a chance, as he's never howled or made a peep in his life due to being abused as a puppy prior to us adopting him. Michelle, and the staff, with Glamour Paws give exceptional customer service. Michelle listens to me go on and on about my fur baby. I wanted to make sure I was getting someone that could handle my Pepper. She is a 13 year old Pekignese/Shihzu mix who gets super anxious and dramatic about getting in the car, going places. She also gets really matted, and needs her anal glands cleaned out routinely. Michelle knows her business very well. She knows what she is doing and takes excellent care of my baby! read more

We have been loyal customers with Glamour Paws for 4 years. We have trusted them with both of our doodles since they were 6 months old. The quality of the grooming is excellent. My complaint is the customer service quality. I understand they are incredibly busy and have limited personnel, however we've been regulars every 4-5 weeks for years. They know our dogs by name, they know my husband and I by name. I booked the pups appointments months in advance and somehow missed that their appointment was on Saturday when I truly thought it was on Monday. My husband called on Monday morning when we realized it and the response on the phone was "oh we knew you missed it on Saturday, but we can book you for January". My frustration comes from being a loyal customer for 4 years and they are more comfortable losing service than giving a courteously call on Saturday when they realized we weren't there yet. Great grooming, great place, but I feel as if they have a lack of desire to keep loyal customers. So instead of bringing our pups here any longer, we reached out to another groomer in Weatherford that is happy to take them on. You don't have to remain loyal to a business that is so comfortable with seeing you go. We would have remained customers for years to come if they would have just taken 2 minutes to give us a call. read more

Just picked up my boy (4 mo Standard Poodle). What a shock. The grooming is gorgeous! My first words were, "He looks like velvet." Michelle did an outstanding job and I recommend Glamour Paws hands down. read more

The staff at Glamor Paws did not listen to my grooming request. They also overcharged for what they delivered. The groomer shaved my Maltese bald and charged $67, while also expecting a tip. I do not recommend. read more
