Shannon is absolutely the best person to care for my dogs when I am unavailable…read more I am new to the area and had an upcoming trip and wanted to try in home care vs boarding. I found Shannon and she brought me peace of mind upon meeting her. Shannon came out for an introductory meet and greet with my two dogs. She asked a lot of questions about their habits, activities, exercise levels and then went ourside and threw the ball for one and took on a short walk to end of the block. This was so needed for both Shannon and my "girls" ti get to know one another. When my trip came, I knew the girls were in good hands. Shannon stopped by twice daily to feed, let outside, play, walk and give lots of petting and love. How do I know this? Because Shannon would send me pictures and texts letting me know my dogs were ok! Peace of mind for me and the best care for my fur babies- if I could give ten stars I would- Shannon is amazing!

After our local training place closed we were looking for other options and committed to positive reinforcement training. Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. I'm happy to report that we are continuing to see improvement using Julia's methods.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.
