They are very thorough with their guidelines but it's only to protect your dogs from choking on small things such as toys or treats. My GSD was known to have behaviors such as fear aggression and separation anxiety but their staff made him feel very welcome. I brought him in muzzled the first time to meet the place as I feared he would bit the staff, however, they requested I didn't muzzle him on his first time staying. To my surprise, not only did he not bite any of the staff, but he would also let himself be pet by all the care takers and play with them. I'm truly thankful for these guys.

And I only agreed to the crate being used because you said she'd be out of it twice an hour. 2. The water bowl had to have been spilled much earlier than when she "saw me and excitedly knocked it over." The bed, and her were soaked, to a degree that she had to have been kept in a soaked cage for hours. 3. When I came to get her, there was no one around to release her. So I did your job and collected my now filthy animal. 4. The kennel and office are in disgusting condition. You really should stop lying online and get to cleaning. Please be aware the dog was a larger size Yorke looking dog we tried to get her name but the baby had no collar and the lady would give it to us. It sounded like she was stuck and we know she was cold! clearly cold with temperature 40 degrees and falling. Please be aware the dog came right up to my friend. The lady gave excuses like she needed to go to the bathroom but when I arrived nobody was monitoring her and she was freezing! If you think this was your dog I would be happy to confirm. Just FYI it also appears the kennel has no heat.

We then had to change the date. I sent them an email asking if we could change. I got a response that it would be ok to change to the 3rd. When my husband got there no one was there. He called me I then I turned called them. I was given a sob story, but in the end they were able to go. Today we had reservation to board them from today ( 10/11) until the the 24th of October. He got there this morning and again no one was there and according to my husband there was dog crap everywhere. I get the feeling this a very unprofessional organization and is run more like a hobby then a business.

But as soon as we drove off, she fell right asleep. That's a sign of a good dog boarding place - they keep them active all day long to minimize stress. It also happened to be our dog's birthday weekend, so they took a few photos of her with a birthday hat on. I know, kinda gay, but Coco HATES hats but in these pics, she actually looks like she's smiling. It's small touches like this that really show how much they care about creating a great experience for each dog staying with them. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, you can tell dogs are their life. Their only stipulation is that you have to have your dog's medical paperwork in order. Rates are very affordable, considering the remoteness of the place, yet the relative proximity to Chelan. If you're spending the weekend around Lake Chelan and you want your dog somewhere safe and secure nearby, try this place.

I was having surgery and the staff and owners were very understanding and helpful when my schedule needing to flex a bit. I recommend them and would trust them again unreservedly to take care of my buddy.

She assured us our cat would have air conditioning in the small outbuilding she used for cats (however it was shut off when we arrived but she promised to make sure it stayed on while they were there) as well as regular visits from the owner and cage cleanings. Looking around the yard, it was covered in dog feces and we both had a funny feeling but we stupidly ignored it. We returned after our trip to find our cat as well as their bedding, soaked in urine with feces all over the floor, the AC completely shut off in the sweltering heat. In additon, food and litter were scattered across the bottom of the kennel (obviously it hadnt been cleaned, likely at all during her stay) and a traumatized cat. She also charged us more than we were quoted.
