They just completed all their shots last month. Now I understand if the owner wants to meet the dogs first to see if its a fit, so I was hoping I could email all the records, and then bring them to this place on Friday morning, do the temperament exam or whatever, and then if its a fit, then I could leave them for the day. But no, she didn't want to entertain that. If you're coming from out of town, look elsewhere.

The next day we brought our dog and he gleefully went in and hung out with their dogs and had some "spa" services and returned to his suite. Picked him up the next day and he was so happy. What a great experience. Highly recommend this fantastic home away for any four legged family member!

Rather than focusing on training the dog himself, he teaches YOU how best to work with your dog to get the results you are seeking! And i really feel that he gets to know your dog and how it communicates and behaves and works based on that, instead of having a one size fits all approach. I really can't say enough how much i appreciate and believe in how he works , and i am SO thankful. Peppy was a very anxious rescue when i got him, and with some super simple exercises and trust built through Eric's methods, im now giving him haircuts and working up to nail trims, his recall was non existent before and now he comes right away most of the time, and he even was able to do a couple flights with me with minimal issues. A+++++ service!! Thank you Bridge the Bark!!!

We brought 8-month-old Noodles home in November of 2023 and immediately noticed that he wasn't eating, wasn't pooping, and was scratching at his left ear. Many many vet visits later we have learned that his colon was so badly impacted that he will have permanent trouble pooping, and that the infection in his left ear had been neglected for so long that it had spread to the bones of his skull. His first major surgery is next week. Please, if you choose to use this breeder - demand a clean bill of health before signing anything. Otherwise you could be looking at five figures' worth of vet bills like we are.

After nearly two months, I still do not have containment, I do not have a refund, and they won't return my phone calls. They over-trained my dog so that she's afraid to go out in the yard because of the shock. Then, last week when she finally came around the side of the house, she went right through the fence with her stubborn dog collar intact. Did not return to the house like they said she would, she kept going. I called, again, for a refund since this is the second time she broke through, and I was told that one owner had to consult with the other owner and they'd get right back to me. That was three days ago. I wasted nearly $1500 on this unprofessional company and wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same.

After she confirmed who I was, I said I needed to grab my kids from the car and her response was, "okay, we're running late". As I gathered my two toddlers from my car with my dog, every part of me wanted to cry and say, I'm doing the best I can. It was a horrible way to start the day, the doctor couldn't have been nicer but I think in the future, there was a much better way that her staff could "greet" a new customer. It perpetuates the narrative that any one persons feelings/time is more valuable than another's... and that's just not a way I live my life or choose to treat other people. I deeply pray the next experience is met with more empathy and understanding as it was 2 minutes past the appointment time I was given.
