The inside part is climate controlled. If your 4 legger is hanging out inside their kennel, they can't see the other dog but if they go outside they can see the other dogs. There's also a large and a medium play area for them to check out. My dog is a little spoiled and wouldn't eat at first, in an attempt to get her to eat they hand fed her fried chicken. After a few days she started getting into a routine. After a couple of days, I was really missing her and texted Blair, who sent me a little video of my pup. This put me at ease because I could see she was being well taken care of. A big shout out to everyone at BowWow. It's nice to have a place close to home if I need to leave my girl for a night or two.

He…read morehad a vet appt so we were just down the road, and had just groomed him myself the night before, but I'm nervous about sanitary grooms and hubby was out of town and not able to help me hold him so I called and they let me drop in and did a sanitary groom on him for me. They were very nice on the phone and in person, and very sweet to my puppy! While I know I am not a professional and my at home grooms are not perfect but they make him more comfortable than getting car sick on the way there and back. I keep him clean and mat free. They did not shame me for that or try and push getting him done there instead. She said bring him in anytime I needed help with the areas I'm not comfortable with. I have him shaped up professionally once or twice a year and from now on will make sure we go there instead of anywhere else! They earned a new customer today and will be getting recommendations from me from now on! Thank you ladies!
