When I arrived, I was already very upset and concerned for my dog. Unfortunately, instead of being met with professionalism or understanding, I was laughed at by the groomers. This was upsetting and completely inappropriate given the situation. I later contacted management, hoping for an acknowledgment or apology, but felt my concerns were largely dismissed. Additionally, very minimal grooming was performed before the service was stopped due to my dog becoming difficult, yet I was charged the full price. While I understand safety concerns with animals, I felt the situation was handled poorly and without reasonable effort or compassion. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and professionalism. A stressful moment could have been handled with kindness, but instead it left me feeling embarrassed and disregarded. As a result, I will no longer be using your grooming services and will be seeking private grooming moving forward.

Groomer had no problem with him from my understanding the managers didn't like the fact he paced him the cage. Fleas tics and was in bad shape. I called around to try and find a groomer to immediately get this poor dog in, and to get all of his mats taken off of him. We were only 15 minutes away from Starbarks and they said to bring our Rusty in and they would take a look at him. Fortunately for us their 1:00 appointment was a no show and we were able to get him in. They were so kind and helpful!! 3 1/2 hours later our Rusty was all cleaned up with a fresh new haircut and looking incredibly handsome. I cannot say thank you enough!!
