I let Anna know from the beginning of my employment of my health problems and she was completely accepting. As months went on she became harder to work for. She pushed too hard to make me go into a clients house that had Covid knowing about my underlying health problem. I had been a very hardworking employee, even going so far as to cover for other employees, working outside my territory, and cat sitting (when that wasn't in my job description). I was so disappointed in Anna that I felt the need to quit for my own health. I feel as though Anna thinks you need to dedicate your life to a part-time job, with no benefits, and not enough pay for the amount of driving you do. They took excellent care of the pets, not just with food, water, and litter boxes, but also spending time playing with them and giving them affection, and they understood each animal's different needs and personalities (ex: this rabbit is shy, that one is more energetic and needs lots of running around time, the cat is very food-motivated, etc). They also had excellent communication, providing very detailed updates after every visit, reporting everything they did and an assessment of each animal's demeanor, and including photos and even little videos.
