This kennel is very clean and in a nice location. They take excellent care of my dogs. I can travel with no worries.

I will not use anyone else. They truly care about my dogs and give them so much love when I am away. During a family crisis, Kira has stepped up and has taken care of my dogs for an extended stay. She dropped everything to make sure she could help me during this time. I am forever grateful and will tell EVERYONE i know to give them a try! read more

Pets night out has been amazing to us! My Bailey ( a Shih Tzu mix) has had several bad experiences before finding them. He loves to go and happy to see all of his people and dog friends. Recently we have had some medical issues and have to travel. The staff has been wonderful to take him for a week or longer on a minutes notice. When we pick him up he is always happy and cared for which takes a big worry off of us!. Pets Night Out .... Brought my dog indigo here from August 22nd- 26th and i didn't realize until I got home that her white fur was yellow and she smelled like pee. Her bed that I left with them as well smelled like pee. Makes me think that they aren't taking the dogs out as much as they should and they're just letting them sit in the cages covered in piss. If ya'll are reading this, take better care of the fucking dogs because that's ridiculous. read more

Most of the staff are polite and accommodating until yesterday. I have a 1 yr old mini dachshund, sweet, affectionate but like all dachshund's she is talkative at times. She has always been in a room with other little dogs in cages.. never a complaint. Just like a lot of dogs... when they get excited they pee. So this last time I picked her up they had put her in the back area with all the "barking" big dogs. When they brought her out to me she was soaking wet. Their reasoning for this ..."she peed" when in reality I believe they hosed out her cement cage with her in it as she did not smell like she bathed pee. The reason she was in the back, disgusting area was they said her barking disturbed other dogs and any ill dogs and she peed on one of the workers. Needless to say... I found these reasons to be flimsy and borderline lies. I feel they were punishing her unnecessarily and of course will never see us again. I do not recommend them at all. We have used Pet's Night Out since we moved to the Ellijay area about 5 years ago. The staff is so caring for both of our dogs, and though we always feel bad leaving them, when they see where we are they are happy and can't wait to go inside. The facility is clean and well maintained and we couldn't be happier leaving them here when we travel out of town. read more

Mike, Amber, and their staff at Pet's Night Out is a God-send to our family. We boarded out three dogs there when we had to go out of town for a family wedding in April 2013. Our dogs are like our kids, and we were so concerned and stressed about leaving them. The owner, Mike, was kind enough to let us do a "dry run" and leave our dogs at the kennel for a couple of hours one day. They did great and had fun, and Amber further alleviated our fears with her genuine love and care of our precious pets. We are truly grateful to have Pet's Night Out in Ellijay and would absolutely use them again in the future. read more
