They always take good care of our pets when we get them groomed and the dogs absolutely love playing on the playground.

Unfortunately, she is experiencing issues, so we were seen by Dr. Ferrier yesterday. Dr. Ferrier was very kind and compassionate. She listened to your concerns and responds accordingly. We needed urine for analysis and she literally walked around outside for 10 minutes trying to get it. The test result came in quick and we were given the appropriate guidance and medication. We highly recommend.

Piper is a task-trained labradoodle ("program dog") that I've been working with for a year now. Since I do work my dog, it's really important that she be kept in good mental, physical, and emotional health. VGC helps me make sure she's in top condition to work (or just be a dog, which she also excels at:). They have several "Paw Plans" to help me control the costs of veterinary care, which is a nice way to save a little money and also make the cost more predictable. Piper has seen Dr Boillat, Dr Bauer, Dr Harris, and Dr Owens. My favorite thing about ALL of these doctors is that I always leave the appointment feeling like I'm more educated about Piper's health. They don't rush through appointments - they always take the time to thoroughly diagnose Piper and explain to me everything about her situation, how she came to be in the situation, and options for how to recover from it. I didn't know much about dogs before I got Piper so I find this incredibly helpful. For playtime and grooming, Ronnie (playtime) and Kelly (groomer) always return her happy and looking her best. I am not sure what they're doing to the dogs back there but as soon as Piper realizes where we are, she can't wait to get inside. They also keep an eye on her and will let me know if anything seems off while she's playing or being groomed. At least twice this week a stranger has stopped us to ask where I get her groomed because she looks so good. She loves this (and so do I.) Would I return: I already do... Would I recommend: yes, this practice has been great for us Service Dog Grade: N/A - she get's to be a "normal" dog here:)

Nick, Wow! You guys…read moreare truly incredible at loving dogs and providing unbelievable care to them! This was our first time using Dogtopia and from the minute we called and spoke to the lady answering the phone and throughout our entire week stay we have been so impressed with the professionalism and attention Lilly received while we were out of town. Trust me, we watched the web cam everyday and numerous times throughout the day because 6 of us were missing her like crazy. What we saw gave us so much relief. One of your staff members was always in the play room with the dogs and they were petting them, cleaning up their "business," and making sure the dogs were all playing nicely together. The last thing I want to comment on is your intake process. I was so impressed that we basically were being evaluated for 3 days to see if our dog was a good fit for your facility. That told us that you are not just taking in a bunch of dogs to fill your spaces but that you truly wanted to make sure Dogtopia was a good fit for her too (not too anxious, gets along with other dogs). That told us that you weren't letting dogs board there that were too aggressive or that just weren't ready to be in this type of play environment. We will definitely be using you again and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you Nick and the staff at Dogtopia! Lilly is one happy dog after a great week of play at your place.
