The store is split into different categories for the various types of animals. There is small items to the bigger items and farm produce. However when I call in to buy other supplies such as toys or bowls I have always found the service to be very friendly, the staff always comment on the weather or start a conversation with customers. I rarely used to go there although since Erksine Aquatics closed down it's become the only shop selling tropical fish in town so I now call in from time to time. The best thing about this shop is that (unlike Pets At Home in Llandudno) there's no problem finding someone to serve you and the people working there are very knowledgeable. The downside is that because the shop is so small there's only a limited choice. Worth a look though.

This is also the biggest pet shop in County Road and one which has a decent variety of well looked after pets, accessories and food. If you are a lover of pets, this is a great place to come for a browse and be able to obtain tips and advice from knowledgeable staff.
