As a trucker this place is horrible for getting fuel at. Every time I stop here it's a gamble of which pump is shitty, which pump pumps slow, which pump won't work and every time I seem to get the shitty pump. read more

I drove all the way here thinking that I could park my camper here and stay overnight, and there's no over parking allowed anywhere never mind tv parking . There's no parking or tv parking allowed anywhere. There's tow signs everywhere , all over this parking lot, the cashier never said hi to me, but she said hi to the guy beside me rude , I don't feel welcome here , It's a very, very small parking lot. There's no room for me to park here with my camper. And It's an Exxon gas station read more

If you are driving into Spokane and your car is getting close to needing a fill up, this stop is an easy one and the gas prices are definitely reasonable! If you are leaving Spokane and realized that your gas tank is a little low, this is also an easy stop. You can also grab a coffee in the same lot for your road trip. I know that it's hard to believe but I actually only filled the gas tank! At night, this is very well lit. read more

Easy on and off before getting to Spokane from the west or after you have just left Spokane going west. And you can also grab a Starbucks coffee to go, right in the parking lot. The gas is competitively priced. The convenience store is relatively similar to most freeway stops. If you are heading to the Northern Quest casino, this is your exit. read more

As a customer in the gas station today, I witnessed a cashier make a condescending and embarrassing comment to another cashier. A young lady cashier tripped over something in the walkway behind the counter. She was clearly embarrassed but remained professional. An older female cashier found it acceptable to laugh at her and snap "didn't they teach you how to walk in kindergarten?!" How humiliating for the younger girl. She looked like a teenager. She didn't respond to the other cashier's nasty comment and continued with her task. I took a look at older cashier's name tag and I am pretty sure it was Lisa. I guess she was never taught if you have nothing nice to say, to say nothing. The cashier that tripped was Mari? Or something along that line. She has curly hair. Is this the behavior this company supports? Condescending, humiliating, harassment and bullying of younger worker by older workers. I hope management sees this and takes this seriously. It was unacceptable and very unprofessional behavior. That lady needs corrective action. Who knows what she says when no one can hear! She clearly felt comfortable bullying a young girl in front of customers. Do better in your hiring Petro, because this made me never want to return. read more

Our first visit to Spokane and we were thrilled to find a Petro! Shower time! The water pressure was good and the temp was hot! Feeling so much better! Got our laundry done and had our first sit-down meal in a week, with fruits and vegetables, eaten with a knife and fork. Happy campers! Easy truck parking, we were able to get a good spot, close to the building. Food was good. Shower was good. Two thumbs up all around! read more

Nice clean truck stop, gas staion all in one They a store , bathrooms , subway. Pretty nice employees read more

High gas prices and rude employees. The deli food is disgusting. Not sure why everyone that works here is so put off and hates their job.

NEVER stop here if your in a hurry! I have waited in line for 10-12 minutes more than once. The plus side? They are open 24 / 7. The downside? The are always busy! They do have a hot deli that does a decent job, a huge variety of sodas, teas, etc. Their beer selection is very small, but it's a truck stop. They also have a diner / buffet restaurant attached to them that does a pretty good job overall, and also a Subway sandwich shop inside. They sell fudge by the pound, and anything else you can expect from a truck stop. The restrooms always seem to be dirty. Staff are pretty friendly, they deal with the business and lines well. read more

We stopped here on our way into Spokane specifically because they had a Starbucks attached. I believe there's only a few other Petro's that have one attached in the country (2, I believe). We definitely appreciated that as it can be hard to find a Starbucks (or really any other coffee shop) with truck parking nearby. The prices inside were obviously pretty high, both in the store and the Starbucks. But, that's to be expected with truck stops. There was ample truck parking, and there were still plenty of spaces late into the night. The area also seems pretty nice, and there weren't any characters roaming around which is always a positive. If we ever find ourselves up in the Spokane area again, we will definitely consider stopping back in here. read more

Been at the truck service since 11:00 am its 5:11pm and still waiting for them to finish. Shift change and the guy did have any idea on what he was supposed to fix. read more

I stopped here on the drive from Seattle, WA to Livingston, MT. It was around 3:00AM, and my dad and I were quite hungry. We stopped here, and took a seat. The server that night was totally awesome, and she took really superb care of us. I asked for a Pepsi, and she brought out a glass of Pepsi, along with a pitcher of it, just for me! She also brought the food out nice and hot, the perfect cure for spending hours in a car driving. The food was really well priced, and they offered a lot of convenient options, like to-go cups, so you can stay caffeinated on the road. I really can't say enough about this stop, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone. It's a great place, at an even greater price! :) read more

I'm not a fan of the food quality at Iron Skillet but my partner was hungry so we decided go in. I'm veg so Settled for the "salad bar". the others I have been to have been extremely friendly and professional. My experience today was walking into h***, it's a seat yourself kinda joint so after walking around the restaurant my partner and I couldn't find a tidy table! . The waitress who attended us was fairly busy so we gave her some time to get us water and menus....once she comes to us she is flustered and practically begging for some sympathy on her day. I get it, it's busy and you're exhausted but complaining about everything and telling customers that it's a long wait and that they have about 15 food orders in front of them is just so unprofessional. I over heard her talking to the table next to us and it was just complaints after complaints. Food! It took about 50 mins for my partners food to come out he's easily satisfied lol so no complaints with his dish! Salad bar is nothing special and the buffet is a joke, won't ever be returning to this location. read more

This was a solid stop off I-90. They have gas and the typical truck stop amenities but they also have better bathrooms than a gas station, a Subway, a restaurant, and a Starbucks. There was a better than average selection of snacks or drinks, and the cashier was very nice. She did ask for both our IDs when we approached the register together, even though we're older, but it's more than fine and totally understandable. The parking lot is huge and it's very easy to get on and off the interstate so this is a good stop before hitting Spokane if you are eastbound. read more

We came in for a oil change before 11am , told can't get to us until two pm .. went in side no restraint , so we wanted out of deli , told can't help you without a mask ! They are behind the counter 5 ft away ! Told to use a mask on the table were everyone touches ? Yuck ! No thanks I'll cook in the truck ! Better food anyway . read more

These people are rude. They were getting close to closing time and they shoved my order into my hands and copped attitude with me and my husband and I won't be coming back and I suggest anyone who goes here to be prepared because this unprofessionalism has happened twice and we did absolutely nothing to deserve it. And the manager was there and ignored the employees behaviors. It was the pizza pipeline not sure why it says Petro shopping center. read more

I do love that this gas station is so convenient. not great gas prices comparably but overall good....the only problem is the soda machine is broke down more than it works. At this time it has been broke down for at least a week. I called today to ask when it would be fixed, they said it needs a new motor and they didn't know when it was going to be fixed! Ugh, you advertise this fancy soda machine, but it never works! read more

This is a review specifically for the subway inside. The staff is amazing. I love coming in when Stacy is working, she is always so genuine and cheerful, makes my day! We even met the GM today and she is fantastic. This store takes great care of the military too, 25% off! read more

I love this place. It's so convenient, and they have great stuff. The staff is also friendly. I just wish that they had more common items like milk, butter, eggs.. etc. I feel like they could do SO much business if they had more household necessity items, because it's the ONLY store around. read more

Clean, Quick and spacious amenities for the traveler or Trucker. Great prices and very nice items for the traveler!

This is one of my go to gas stations. The prices are reasonable and the staff is really nice. They handle a wide variety of people and seem to always have a smile for every customer. Thanks you! read more

Husband decided we must stop here out of some sick sense of loyalty but every reason why we stopped here wasn't working. Broken cappuccino machine, out of order soda fountains, and no hot water and coffee (yes, you heard me right, even the fresh brewed coffee machines were down!). Luckily, the bathrooms were functional but not very tidy. We quickly left! read more

My husband and I stopped in to buy water and beer. The cashier asked if we were together and said she had to see my ID. I said I left out in the car, she said she will NOT be selling is the beer. My husband and I are 56 years old. And look like we are WAY over 21! Hubby said he has ID and is buying the beer. She said you can talk to the manager. At this point hubby said forget it, I'm not buying anything here...then told the manager this is ridiculous and we won't be back ever. read more

This is a great little gas station. He has lots of pumps, easy access, And several options for food. It has a sit down restaurant called Iron Skillet, Subway and a Starbucks. Lot's of truck driver's stop here and they have a laundry and shower facility. It's clean and and a good pitstop. read more

First off I want to say thank you for having out going mail service! This makes sending post cards and letters to loved ones an easy convince, my grandson will be able to go to the mail box and find a little something for him. Sending Christmas gifts or that odd gift you find that just screams someone's name to you, is much easier than hoping it will not get broke before you get home time, texts and emails are nice however you really know the person is thinking of you when you get a handwritten note or letter. This is one of our stops when we come through. I have yet to be displeased.. The lot is clean we did not have to compete with rv's, travel trailers or cars parked in truck parking. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. WE ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the food was pretty good. Dinner service was a little slow tonight. To be fair it was busy and the only seating was away from the drivers area. Not sure if that is a coincidence or what just something I took note of. read more

We had a very late night dinner at The Iron Skillet on thanksgiving eve. Marie was the most warming and hospitable server I've had in forever. The cook also came out to check on the quality of our food. I know this sounds crazy writing a review on truck stop food... But I've got to admit - the food was dang good and the service couldn't be beat. I'm going back! read more

They got the goods of any convenient store, Gas Station, truck stop. But their customer service is awful, IDK if they hire just anyone to run a register but they should reconsider the people they hire. The younger people are friendly and greet you, but the older women are just so depressing. IDK if I should feel bad for them being in a bad mood or upset that I didn't even do anything and getting attitude. read more

I live close to here so I go there pretty frequently. It's nice and clean and the people that work there seem to be pretty friendly. The prices are a little bit ridiculous but this place isn't meant to be used frequently. read more

I've been fueling and parking in the same area at this Petro since it opened and never had an issue. All of a sudden, since the introduction of their reserved parking and the management change, the area where I and many others park are all of a sudden "fire lanes" and I get hassled by some 2-bit rent a cop that I need to move. Wouldn't you know it, the only spots available are the pay reserve spots. Guess I'll just take my business over to Post Falls. read more

I drive by here daily and occasionally have to stop for fuel in the wee hours of the early mornings, i like to have a well lit area and I feel very safe here while pumping my fuel, This is a big truck stop and has a nice size convenience store a restaurant Iron Skillet, also a Subway and showers for people who are on the road. A Redbox is also outside which is a nice touch. read more

This place is right by my work so I am a 2+ times a week, it's large with tons of truck parking that I've never seen full, they have there own deli, and a subway, also has an iron skillet that I don't recommend because they only serve pre-made frozen junk, it also has a barber shop good clean stop with everything a truck driver or traveler needs read more

Very good prices but the computers at the pumps are very slow. I hate it when I am in a hurry..

This is still one of the worst gas stations to stop at. The women that work the cash register are rude. I stood in line for ten minutes as they took care of everyone that came in after me. I've had problems at this gas station for years and I would expect change by now but it's very unprofessional and I've had enough. read more

Food was decent but had an extremely rude waitress. Went on 4/13/2013 at approx. 11:00 AM! She needs to find a new line of work, hasn't the personality for waitressing. Not going again. read more
