This is a relatively large shopping center with a few restaurants inside. The Iron Skillet: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hours are from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. Dunkin Donuts: Coffee, Donuts, Breakfast sandwiches. Hours are from 5:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M Bathrooms are always clean at this rest stop. There is a convenience store inside the Petro Shopping Center. There are some deals that Petro offers throughout the year. You can check online at their website for some of the deals. Fuel price is lower than in town. Stop has extensive convenience store + sit-down restaurant, Dunkin donuts, lottery. Service is mostly friendly but sometimes slow, distracted. Be mindful of tractor trailers and disregard the beggars. They're not stranded; they're there three times a week. Safe travels! read more

Not great. They had many stalls in the bathrooms and they were not filthy but not clean. Two of the four towel dispensers did not have any paper towels. Outside they had a dog run area that was maybe 10 x 30. A poop bag stand but no poop bags. They had a Dunkin' Donuts and a diner, but I didn't try either. So I decided to stop here instead of my usual gas station in Kingman on the way to Vegas. My mom said it's smart to change up routines and not be so predictable. So here's me listening to mom... Right away, I get out and get gas. The pump area is clean and well-lit. All good so far. I start the gas pump and decide to go in and get a drink and use the restroom. Before, I got very far in the parking lot- a man approached me and asked for a ride to Vegas. I declined, but kept going. I walked inside and it's a little overwhelming. So much in one space. Huge restroom facilities- that I found out the hard way feature pay for use showers. Keep your head down if the door opens or you will absolutely get an eye full like I did of some truckers in the buff. I keep going, use the restroom, and while I'm washing my hands, two ladies get into a fist fight in front of the door. Not to worry- the cashier was there in no time flat. So I slipped out and left- deciding I'd seen enough. I didn't venture into the restaurant area. Once back out by my SUV I notice the same guy who wanted a ride trying my door. Grrrrreat. In the world of everything needs to be bigger and better this would fall into that category. Many gas pumps for regular vehicles and many for truckers. A massive convenience store that you could get anything you can think of from Bowie Knives, American Flag T-shirts, to a new pair of sneakers. There were way to many things for sale in there for me to take in. Their bathrooms were even giant with many stalls. There are showers available for a fee for the weary traveler. It seems almost old west like. This is also attached to an Iron Skillet Restaurant and an oil change shop. There is everything you could think of here. I even saw a lot lizard in the day time. Pretty good place to stop and get gas and food, and soda- they have a lot of food options here and the layout is pretty good. The prices on soda refills are reasonable, and they have Pepsi products which I was happy about. Also went to the Dunkin Donuts part, they had some donuts the other DD's didnt have- wish DD would come back to the Puget Sound! On the way back from Arizona, we stopped to get some gas before heading back to Vegas. I love stopping at Petro whenever I can. They have a dunkin donuts and an iron skillet at this location. I also love that they have bathrooms. Yes, other gas stations have bathrooms, but Petros are where truckers go and they tend to be cleaner and they have more bathrooms. Stopped here to get gas and use restroom. Cashier was super rude as if blacks were not allowed in the store. She gave attitude and rudeness to me but was extra kind to the other customers. Definitely wont stop at this station ever again!!! She acted as if i money amd me was a disease and when i asked for my receipt she placed it on counter to be sute not to touch my hand. Moments ago stopped in here to buy a road snack. The cashier who rung me up was unmasked, as were the rest of the cashiers except a man on the other side. One of the women behind the counter started harassing the masked cashier right in front of all the customers for wearing his mask. I didn't realize it was actually offensive to people out here but hey I guess that's a red state for ya. Maybe leave the guy alone and respect his *freedom* to wear one? This review is regarding the small shop in the fuel island, not the main travel store. Food was good although I would not say spectacular. Been through a few times and it always looked good so finally decided to try it today. Customer service was excellent, and entree choices of the day were pork in green sauce, chicken fajitas, buffalo chicken wings, smoked turkey leg, and pork chops. Sides they had were mashed potatoes and gravy, mac n cheese, steamed vegetables, spinach, and corn. Choose any meat + 2 sides for $9.19. A great deal for how much meat you get. The turkey leg was huge and the pork chops came with 2. The turkey leg was a little dry on the outside but still moist on the inside and had a smokey ham-like flavor but not overwhelming. The pork chops were very soft and tender, however lacked any flavor. The sides lacked freshness and texture, the corn and vegetables tasted canned or frozen, and the mash and gravy tasted like the instant powder kind and had an overly garlicky taste. I did enjoy the mac n cheese. It's a great deal, it's quick, and it's not fast food, but I would say it all tasted just "okay" not horrible, not great, looked better than it tasted. On the side they have a warmer with even more options, cheeseburgers, fried chicken sandwiches, mac n cheese to go. They do switch up their food daily though, so they might not have everything I described. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but they were usable. read more

On my way to Las Vegas from The Grand Canyon South Rim my friend and I needed to use the bathroom. Parked and went towards the back. This place has showers, restrooms, snacks, gas and donuts (Dunk'N Donuts). Place was well maintained but you can see weird people walking in and out, not sure if they needed to vent for the long haul they were about to do or just finished. When driving from phoenix to vegas, petro is my favorite half way point to gas up, grab some food, and continue on. I've never seen a gas station stop this huge!! It's brightly lit (the feeling of safety is very important, since I'm usually on the road by myself), bathrooms are clean, and a good variety of food. I use to stop here every morning before work, to grab some coffee. I stopped going there 3 weeks ago because they would never have coffee made early in the morning, and if there is one Crasher at the register and she or he starts getting a line they do not call for help. And then when you see the other employees seeing that there is a long line they don't offer to jump up and help get the line down. The last time I was there I stood in line for almost 15 minutes. I wanted to go so bad but I needed my coffee before work, and I would not have had time to stop somewhere else. I told myself I will never be back there again. I go a few miles down the road to loves truck stop. They always have coffee and if they get more than three people in line they call another cashier up to help. read more

As trucker I stop here all the time. Their restroom are dirty and stinky most of the time. Customer Service is like lottery some time you hit jackpot other time it is below average. Stopped in for fuel today with my husband and was surprised to be ushered over to the left side of trucker fuel pumps for a free prize and slice of cake for Driver Appreciation Day! Amazing place to stop and get gas, have a bite to eat and use the facilities. There is a full service restaurant here with sit down table service. My personal favorite is dunkin donuts which has flavorful baked on premise male, strawberry and other great donuts in both their traditional round or long john formats. The coffee is quite excellent too, it is full bodied and never harsh or burnt. The gas is offered at a great price too. Don't know why but couldn't check in. It kept saying I was too far away. It is a large travel stop. it is older looking but kept up well overall. . probably some of the laziest women I've ever seen. a bit ago this heavy set girl took over the mornings here at the truck island, and she is the laziest person I've ever seen here. she takes any excuse not to do a task, she will not make fresh eggs on request, she does not give tines of food being done, today I asked if the beans will be a bit to be finished and she replied "probably". gee thanks alot! last time I asked if she could make a fresh egg for me she she said "sure" I watched her scoop out old eggs from the glass case and serve then to me. I mention I saw her take ut from the case and she simply told me to gave a good day and turned around. she hardly puts anything in the dinner combo as far as portions go, if asked for a little more she openly and loudly sighs as though you asked her to go walking across the desert to retrieve what you asked. this used to be a great little stop when the older ladies were running it, all smiles and cheerful humor and big portions and just great all around m now these younger lazy ones took over and now all the food stinks and there is no service or even the remnants of a smile. they won't even cash you out if they are feeling lazier than normal that morning. they just send you to the front counter. just nothing but attitude. I'm a professional driver and time is the most important thing in my life, I was greeted by the staff in a courteous and professional manner.... That is where it stopped, I came in for a oil change and DOT INSPECTION, it took one employee 3 hours to change my oil and grease my equipment, while 4 others walked around smoking and horse play, I had enough, I finally went and told them that I need to hit the road and I would appreciate if someone could finish my inspection....
