Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe.
