However, the mini services are for the elderly and ladies. I sometimes would avoid these hours because I won't have a tip for them, and then feel bad about it. I also think that the pumps are 24 hours. I saw the sign on the door that did say, "24 hour pumps." However, whenever I pass that gas station late at night, it looks like everything is closed down.

The gas prices make me so peeved that I generally try to line up my fillups with when I will be in Milwaukee (I commute) as it is often up to 25 cents less per gallon. When I must fill up in West Bend, I only put enough in to get me back to Milwaukee. I would recommend people do the same, especially if you live or work out of town. If you go down Paradise Road a bit more, there are other cheaper options at the next round about.

I drove back to that Kwik Trip and they told me they do that , the manager at the time did not know why but if it does not come off to stop back down??? Why do they put a $125. 00 charge on your card ? if they do that to everybody, they make a lot of money just hold that money overnight. I heard from several people that I know that work at Kwik trip that said since dad retired the son took over and is making changes to the business that just load up his pocketbook and this is obviously one of them , putting $125.00 charge on your debit card for a $35.75 dollar charge. They have clean bathrooms - a Women's room, a Men's room, and a large family bathroom. They also offer fresh-made drinks at their cafe counter. You have to check out the Concord Zoo while you're here. It's to the right of the store across the parking lot. There was a staff member feeding the animals while we were there, and the enclosures looked pretty good from what we could see. This will definitely be our go-to rest stop the next time we drive this direction.

I believe the guy's name is Amann, I will tell the story now: I live in Sheboygan and work in Milwaukee. I got into my Jeep and started on my daily trek to work, and about 15 miles north of this place, my gas light comes on. So I pulled off and headed into this gas station. Upon my arrival, I realized that I had left my wallet on my night stand. I talked to Amann (sp?) and asked him if I could call my Fiance' and get my card number and have him run my card. There was no way I was going to make it back home, OR to work and I was in a REAL BIND. He informed me that the way I was going to do that, was not allowed. But he reached into his own pocket and offered me 20$, I only took 10. There is a bank branch where the tellers know me in the area towards my work. I was so floored that a complete stranger, would help a person out and keep them from getting stranded. It restored a bit of faith in humanity that day. I obviously stopped back in the next day and returned the money. I plan on sending some food that way. A small gesture in a world where things like that dont seem to happen anymore. A completely refreshing experience! Thank you again!
